    DAN UGGLA-2B (Marlins)

As most of you know, I generally do not go back and keep changing a players' stance or delivery--as it can be an exercise in futility: see Tim Lincecum

For a couple of weeks now, in another roster thread, some have named a few different stances to replace the one assigned to Dan Uggla in the game.

A few minutes ago, with a still video from his game on Friday, I scrolled through ALL of the stances in the game--stopping at Pablo Sandoval's stance. And you know what? By far, it's the BEST one.

Like most in the game, it ain't perfect...but it's definitely close to the real thing

I posted a youtube link, his stance to me looks a bit like A-Rod. Thanks a bunch man, I had to call him up cuz I got a season going with the yanks. How your Mets doing?

It came down to Griffey, Kaline, E. Matthews and Jose Guillen. I settled on Guillen.
I know it's trivial, but TBSG didn't do Griffey's. That one has been in the show since I started playing it in 06

              @ CardsGamer5

and you know what? IF what you're saying is true, the Griffey stance still sucks....and TBSG's work still stinks...

oh, BTW, I've played THIS series from '06 too....
              and previous to that, MVP:wink:

                PAT MISCH-SP (Mets)

                Delivery-Gen 3

Gen 13 is identical EXCEPT that it's from a low 3/4 arm slot; Misch pitches from a higher 3/4 slot; hence Gen 3

I think someone in a forum gave him Yovanni Gallardo's pitching motion, don't know how accurate it is but it'll work for now. I think he's going back down after tonight.

Dang you must be playing on a higher setting then me. This is my first year with the Show and I'm digging it, there are WAY more things you can do with it compared to 2K. 91-33 with the Yankees making only the moves that they make, but I'm only playing on Veteran using the REALISM sliders. You use the "out of the box" sliders or have you found the perfect set?

                                @ Yankees2009

this is not directed at you, as you are only the messenger per se, but I wish some of the these guys would stop throwing around, damn near any player's name for stances or deliveries....just to be first posting something.

90% of the time, if we do it (and I include myself here), we will ALL be wrong doing it.

I just quickly went to Gallardo's delivery and from jump, you can see it's not the one: Nova's glove is at about face/neck level when he starts his delivery (Gallardo's is at his waist), Gallardo's time is too slow (3.62 seconds vs. 3.09 seconds) and there is NO fall-off to the first base side of the mound, which Nova does....
