Version 5 is on page 229, Version 4 is on page 220. Version 5 (the link in my quote) is the most recent.

From what I've read I think Knight still has St.Louis, Houston, Arizona, San Diego and Colorado left. I could be wrong. I think the plan is to have everything done by Sunday for the first release which will have Rzar's pitch edits and the lineup fix.

The second release with SCEA stock ratings will come a few days later.

The third release with Rzar's pitch edits, lineup fix and Knights own personal ratings will come after that.

Or, you can use the link on the first page of the thread. Knight seems to be updating that first post with every new roster release.

Sorry...I was deep into edit mode and it was pretty late here on Right Coast last night when I stopped.
I should have the Cardinals(definitely)...Padres(pretty sure) and D-Backs done tonight.(the D-Backs might be really late)...
So you guys can expect another update tonight around 9 PM EST with the Cardinals...1 or 2 AM EST with the Padres.

I want to get it so I have at least one full day to polish everything up...do some test runs with everything done and make sure I get in all the changes/suggestions you guys have sent/are sending me.

        Thanks for you patience guys

hey Knight... just wondering if you were gonna still try to tweak potentials for anybody? Carlos Triunfel comes to mind because I remember him being mentioned before.

just curious if you were going back to any teams you've already done

          thanks

Well last night I "officially" ran out of position players...and I think I have 3 or 4 pitchers left.
Now I do have some unedited place holders scattered around the league and one of them might be a B(as long as I don't need him for that squad)...so there is a chance.
              I'll let you know later.

If I just finish things...as it stands....there will be just ONE dev player in this set....AMAZING ...considering I thought one for each team when I started.
One thing...and I will put it in the read.me(does a read.me even exist anymore?)....is that St. Louis and Arizona(abviously the two towns along with Cleveland that the developers of this game want to retire to!!! considering Cleveland had 9 living there.....St. Louis 7 and Arizona 3 or 4!) have extra pitchers..so if you use them or want to make sure in your franchise that all the teams are "level".....you should swap out 2 or 3 pitchers from each of those squads and sign them(if you don't use them sign some guys to your team...trade and then swap them out to the FA list) some position players.

I apologize for missing this inquiry if previously posted. Thanks Knight for you all your hardwork, first and foremost. I have a question, I have yet to download any of your rosters but just was wondering...are temporary stars like AROD and DICE K who are currently injured but slated to come back in a few weeks on MLB rosters in their normal starting roles? Or are DL players in the minors?

Minors. And Dice-K is healthy since these are opening day rosters.

His rosters are set to Opening Day, so Arod will be in Minors. Dice K will be in the rotation because he was not injured until recently. Hope you don't mind me answering some of these questions to help out.

Knight....quick question. I'm usually leery of using rosters that tweak player attributes. However, I love the thought of more consistent line-ups vs. the jumbled line-ups we see using stock SCEA rosters. I'm assuming the adjustments you've made are minor. Minor enough that it would be tough to tell performance differences in certain players. Is this accurate?

Not at all, Knight is busy enough. Can you think of anyone besides AROD that started on DL that will be in the minors on opening day. I like accurate rosters as if no one was injured to start a season. Whatever happens after that is basically left up to the cpu.

If I don't move AROD and others back into the Majors, will they stay in minors the entire year?

I know Mauer is hurt and was put in AAA. And yea, they'll stay in the minors unless the MLB player at that position gets hurt.

                                On that note guys.....

Can someone double check and make sure that I did indeed have and do have the correct Opening Day MLB rosters set.
I may have missed a couple as I was at work on opening day and not doing my normal routine. That...and I last year had a list of the opening day rosters for each team and their lineups...this year...I didn't have that.

So let's say I have A-Rod in the MLB....could you tell me that and the player who should replace him...So it would be A-Rod/Ransom. That's all I need. Thanks.
