Not sure what size the file is (when you finish) but if you need another host, my site is legit and im sure it can be hosted there

Just let me know if you do - Knight is on my forums, so you can shout me here or there. I can even do a page for you, so you can have images/descriptions/FAQ or what not laid out on the site for reference.

Sorry if this is a bit Off-Topic

Probably the best roster to start work from would be the update on the 3rd, unless SCEA puts it up before. That one should have all the updated moves for all the recent transactions included. Maybe Emil Brown, Andy Pettitte, and others too be added.

Re: Full Minors Roster for '09

Here are some of the Pirates top Prospects and where they are projected to start the year. Hope this helps.

                  1) Pedro Alvarez (High A or AA), 3B, ETA 2010 - Comparison - Aramis Ramirez: A left-handed power hitting third baseman, Alvarez has a very very high ceiling and is almost big-league ready. He could be a big part of a devastating future Pittsburgh lineup. He's recovering from a hamate bone he broke in 2007, but all reports are positive so his strength should be back soon.

An offensive sleeper for late 2009, depending on how deeply the Pirates shake up their roster, and likely to be playing every day by 2010.

                  2) Andrew McCutchen (AAA, long shot at MLB), OF, ETA 2009 - Comparison - Matt Kemp: One of the best outfield prospects still in the minors, Pirate super-youth Andrew McCutchen has done nothing but hit since his debut in the summer of 2005. He jumped on the fast track with an impressive leap to Double-A at the end of 2007, and pressed hard during 2008 for a big league opportunity, spending the whole year as a 21-year old at AAA while hitting .283, swatting nine homers and stealing 34 bases. His power has come faster than people expected, which means he has a shot in the deep but talent-poor Pittsburgh field right now. Like the similar Dexter Fowler, he could break in two directions: as a top-of-the-order speed threat, or a middle-of-the-order power bat as he continues to refine his approach at the plate. If his MLB career follows his minor league ascent, expect some early struggles in the majors followed by a relentless rise to greatness.

                  3) Jose Tabata (AA), OF, ETA 2009 -Comparison- Delmon Young: I know people are starting to wonder about him, but he’s still extremely young, just one year out of high school in North American terms. If a 2007 high school draftee hit .348/.402/.562 in a 22-game late-season trial in Double-A, people would be salivating.

Tabata is a polished fielder who's almost major-league ready, despite his young age. A natural right fielder with excellent patience, many see him as a natural fit to replace Bobby Abreu. He needs another year or two of mental development, but other than that and a place to play, there's not much holding him back.

                  4) Bryan Morris (High A or AA), RHP, The 26th overall selection in the 2006 draft, Pirate righthander Avery (Bryan) Morris was acquired by the Pirates as part of the multi-team deal that moved Jason Bay. He spent all of 2007 recovering from TJ surgery, and much of 2008 recovering from toe surgery (!), but remains one of Pittsburgh's best long-term pitching prospects. Morris has a high-90's fastball and a plus curve, and frustrates batters with an unorthodox delivery. While his name might have been forgotten by many, he should be moving up the ranks again now that he's healthy and entering his second year with his new elbow.

                  5) Daniel McCutchen (AAA), RHP, ETA 2009 -Comparison- Kevin Correia: Looks like he could be a nice fourth starter, but possibly more dominant if used in pen.

The Yankees selected Daniel McCutchen in round 13 of the 2006 Draft. A product of the University of Oklahoma, McCutchen's rapid rise to the bigs was derailed by a 50-game steroids suspension near the beginning of his pro career. Following that interruption, he burned through A-level ball and was promoted to AA in the summer. He posted a combined 2.45 ERA while going 14-4, with 103 K's to only 33 walks.

Some see him as bullpen-bound, but McCutchen's lethal combination of a high-control 92mph fastball and knee-buckling curve/splitter, as well as his penchant to change speeds often, make him look like a better starting prospect to us. He's a bit of a sleeper for 2008, and he's unlikely to contribute, but if he has another strong showing in the minors, he will be high on most prospect lists come next winter.

                  6) Neil Walker (AAA), 3B: Slippage in strike zone judgment is worrisome, but he’s still quite young and adapted well to third base. When Andy LaRoche gets hurt again, Walker could have a brief window of opportunity before Alvarez is ready.

Once identified as the best catcher in the 2004 draft, Walker has had a bumpy road to pro ball. Now a full-time third baseman, he still shows the switch-hitting power stroke that brought him to the Pirate's attention years ago.

Older and wiser, he may see time on his hometown Pirates this year, and if so, don't be surprised if he puts up some impressive offensive numbers. He's been simmering in the background so long that he's bound to bust loose one of these days.

                  7) Jimmy Barthmaier (AAA), RHP: Overlooked refugee from Astros system still flashes good potential and did well in Triple-A.

                  8) Evan Meek (MLB or AAA), RHP: Love the power sinker and he’s shown signs of improved control, although it didn’t show up in brief major league trial.

                  9) Robbie Grossman (A ball high or low), OF: Very toolsy, could be a Seven Skill guy if he maintains the patience he showed in very brief rookie ball trial. High ceiling, could rank much higher a year from now.

                  10) Jim Negrych (AA), 2B: I don’t completely buy into the Carolina League power spike, but he should continue to hit for average.

                  11) Shelby Ford (AAA), 2B: Scrappy second base type, does a lot of things right though his tools are just average.

                  12) Matt Hague, 3B: He always hit in college, and he’s hit great as a pro, too. Will probably move to the outfield. An overlooked sleeper.

                  13) Ron Uviedo (AAA or AA), RHP: Added to 40-man roster, looks like power bullpen arm with control.

                  14) Brian Friday (AA), SS: I like the glove and the hustle, but am concerned about bad back and lack of power.

                  15) Quinton Miller (A ball), RHP: Very high ceiling guy, hasn’t pitched yet but scouting reports are strong. Baseball Prospectus’ Kevin Goldstein likes him a lot, and Kevin has a good eye for guys like this.

                  16) Romulo Sanchez (AAA), RHP: Less than 50 innings so he qualifies. Lively arm, could be good bullpen asset.

Originally signed by the Dodgers, Dominican Romulo Sanchez is one of many Pirate flamethrowers who may factor into their bullpen in 2009. While he enjoyed only modest success during his brief stint last season (14 innings, 3 strikeouts, 6 walks), he's a favorite within the organization, who see him as a future closer despite his so-so strikeout numbers.

If he can refine his control a little while not losing too much of his velocity, he might be a viable setup man in the near future, but to become a serious force, he'll need to develop secondary pitches.

                  17) Donald Veal (MLB or back to Cubs), LHP: Rule 5 guy from Cubs. Change of scenery and move to relief may do him a lot of good.

Not yet recovered from labrum sugery and showing no signs of the curve that once made scouts rave. Add in the fact that he's a one-pitch flame-thrower who did most of his development under the 'care' of the Cubs trainers, and you have a recipe for a very fantastic, and very short, major league career.

                  18) Brad Lincoln (AA or High A), RHP, ETA 2010 - Comparison - Aaron Harang: I’m afraid he might be the next Bryan Bullington, but it is too soon to give up. Needs another year past TJ to be sure.

Pittsburgh is a confusing maze of prospects. Every year they put half a dozen starters on the prospect lists, and every year some of them work out (Ian Snell) while some of them don't (Zach Duke). Here's the latest entry, Brad Lincoln, complete with his 19:7 K to BB ration. Take a flyer late, but don't bank on him. The Pittsburgh system is just too wildly unpredictable to know when the reports are right.

                  19) Dan Moskos (AA or High A), LHP: He pitched much better in the bullpen in August. Could make a really good LOOGY or maybe even a closer, but it is not his fault that the Pirates picked him instead of Wieters.

                  20) Jarek Cunningham, 3B: Played very well in rookie ball, strong bat, his stock had dropped pre-draft due to injury.

*Others: Brian Bixler (AAA), SS: Chase D’Arnaud, SS: Robinzon Diaz (AAA or MLB), C; Wes Freeman, OF; Jason Jaramillo (MLB or AAA), C; Brent Klinger, RHP; Quincy Latimore, OF; Steve Lerud (AA or AAA), C; Jordy Mercer, SS; Jamie Romak (AA or AAA), 1B-OF; Jeff Sues (AA or AAA), RHP; Tony Watson, LHP.

Knight & Friends, do you guys have your hands on the game yet? Was just wondering if the process was "underway" yet. Not rushing you, just curious. I know it takes 4-6 weeks, have the festivities began?
