Hi Knight thanks for the rosters they are fantastic. Quick question though, what if I want to use your roster but with all the pitchers' original pitches with no edits whatsoever - is there a version that I can download? Thanks in advance.

Knight, it sounds like a lot of guys want the stock scea pitches after you do the stock scea players. Just a suggestion, but maybe you should do that one before you start your attribute edit one since editing attributes will probably take a looong time. Of course it's all up to you brotha!

knight, will the roster with stock players put out tonight have the recent player movement in them? boyer to cards, newhan signs with PHI, darren oday to mets, tyner to DET, vizcaino release from CHC?

also i thought you just made adjustments to the position only players to get the lineups to stick...what kind of adjustments were made to pitchers?

So i dont be on here alot and im at work so i cant go back and look at all the threads til i get home and god knows how many more threads will be posted in teh next 3 hours so is teh lineup glitch gettin fixed or is there anymore players gettin added by knight and co if so when ill tryo to catch up with the threads

No one knows what will be in the patch yet really. We hope it fixes the lineup glitch, but it hasn't been stated it will (unless it was somewhere besides here at OS). Look back just a few pages, and you should get your answers to those other questions.

He does it based on Opening Day, so it won't. You will have to just make those movements yourself or look for someone that will do them.

Razr added the actual pitchers pitches, break, and speed based on Lindy's and some other online sources like 60ft6inches.

oh ok..i know those edits were done..i misunderstood then i guess...i was thinking he made adjustments to get rotations correct kind of like what he did to get the lineups to stick...man i dont know whats wrong with me hahaha...thanks for the clarification though dr.

Hey Doc, since you seem to be on top of things and there are TONS of questions and confusion (I think I know whats going on) Why don't you make a post in this thread with ALL details of each version. Then we can just reference anyone with questions to that post # instead of the confusion. Knight can check it out and make sure it is correct . Info like Lineup Edits, Razr Edits, Struts Motion and Stance(I am confused on this one) Stock Players, Pitchers, ETC. You seem like the man for the job!

Suggested Blue Jays Changes

Of course, the minors stuff is great . . . but I thought I'd offer some suggestions from an avid viewers perspective.

The biggest general discrepancy versus RL stats is the Batter ranking (13th) and Overall (11th).

Travis Snider is ostensibly platooning LF with Lind, but Lind is getting alot more starts (Not due to a skill difference, more like Cito wants to acclimatise Snider a little). I have seen Cito yank Lind off the basepaths a few times in favor of Snider.

So, looking at v2, I would suggest:

Change Lind PRI POS to LF.
Huge boost to Snider's power numbers.
Fair boost to Snider's speed and BRAbil.
Snider SEC POS RF
Change Bautista's SEC POS to RF
(This will leave the minors bereft of RFs, so maybe an inaccurate switch of one of the AA or AAA to RF might be a personal choice)

Scutaro: add 2b SEC POS, bump power, lower speed
A. Hill: Change SEC POS to SS or none. bump power/hitting in general
McDonald: Is the backup SS behind Scutaro IRL. The rosters have him quite higher overall than Scutaro. IRL McD comes to the plate hoping to walk - 0 power. Flawless fielder, though. Could add 2B as SEC POS.
Barajas: Is ranked lower than Arencibia for some reason - should be adjusted.
Ricky Romero: Is lights out so far.
Millar: Is much higher on the Real Jays depth chart.
Rios: Easily the speediest player on the team.

Hope this is the right place to put such things.

Much thanks to all modder types who "fix" these things... dang it's funny now watching the "director of accuracy" commercial. Still a great series though..

I'd like to see this as well. I'm completely confused with what is what. I'd like to see Millenium's stickied post with this information and links to each roster. Then we could keep all the info and the links in one easy to find post, instead of having to search through this large thread.

For those that don't care about the lineup glitch....disregard.

But for those that do...I am narrowing down Knight & co. rosters down to 2 of them for my franchise. One roster for pre-patch (fix the lineup glitch) and one roster for post-patch (hoping the lineup glitch will be resolved).

Pre-patch:
Lineup fix, Razr pitching edits, Strut batting stances, Knight's edits

Post-patch:
Stock position players, Razr pitching edits, Strut batting stances, Knight's edits.

I cannot have Helton batting lead-off, b/c if you do use the stock position ratings with the lineup glitch....his numbers are not going to be true-to-life anyway. His RBI numbers will be way off and Sizemore's RBI's will be way high in the 3rd position.

-Lineup fix/Razr edits
-Stock position players/Razr edits
-KnightEdit/Razr edit
-Stock position players/stock pitchers
-Knightedit/stock/stock

ALL with the Full Minors!
If that's not variety, I don't know what is!?

Hey Knight--

When you do your edits "Knightedit" (third one from above)...are you applying your edits to both types of rosters (Line-up fix and Stock position players) or just selecting one? Obvisouly this could be time consuming, but thought I would ask. Thank you!
