JaSnake & I if needed will be inputting attribute edits to both the batters and the pitchers once knight & co. are done doing their work...Ja has the spreadsheet already done for both, and he inputted the batting edits in Knight's end of season set in '09, under full minors re-rates on the vault

Are you guys going to grab this when we finish the minors?

if that is cool with you buddy I would love to and I know JaSnake was planning on either doing it all himself or allowing me to help him finish it faster...I know RAZR is inputting his pitch edits once more this year and I wouldn't mind taking the set after he is done and inputting the stamina edits as well as I feel they are necessary once more...

oh btw Knight I just noticed another huge glitch (one you should know before you start the full minors)...if a reliever is assigned a certain motion or the motion of a starting pitcher (one from the wind-up...Carl Pavano, etc.) he will glitch and only throw from a generic stance in the stretch...idk if that happens b/c his position is a reliever or what but I recorded the glitch last night to my hdd...have you or anyone else noticed this?

ThirdDegree, are you and Jasnake using Bahnzo's tools, or going off of judgement?

Knight, the first file is going to be default SCEA players with minors added in right?

Another question, are you going to be adjusting SCEA created prospects. Ex: Carlos Rosa and Michael Saunders?

I used Bahnzo's tools to get each seperate 07 - 08 - 09 ratings and averaged them out using a spreadsheet. I threw out years that were due to injury (V.Mart for example in 08). I used just 09 data for players in obvious decline (with slight adjustment) and players coming into their own (A. Hill for example). I think they simmed real close to real life though Im sure there will be some differing opinions. Pitching will be new I didnt apply them to the 09 game. TD did some stamina editing only in the 09 game other than RAZRs pitch edits.

Knight, I would like to wait until RAZR and co. do their thing before we do ours with the pitchers. This way its the last thing dropped in as I know there are people who just like to play with stock ratings. Whats your take?

KSig, What are you planning with the ratings, any different from what TD and myself did? Maybe its something we can implement together.

hey, is this roster set out yet???? and if so can someone post a link here cus i always have a hard time lookin for them....i started playin MLB 10 the show but i kinda want to have the yankees minors as close to the real one as i can....i still have no idea how they can put Curtis Granderson on the yankees but not Austin Jackson on the tigers!!! please let me know if the roster is done, and if it isn't to much to ask, would someone post them here for download if it is done....

their goal is for opening day but its usually a week or two after. but its well worth the wait

there will be lesser rosters out there, they will probably come out in a week or so, dl those to help you cope for the full minors again worth the wait

OK ... so I'm just making sure what this roster will include ... will it include batting stances of all players and minors as best as possible? Also will the equipment be changed too or no? Any re-ratings also? I'm just wondering if we could see a short list of things expected to be included in this roster. Thanks.

Is there a way or a website that lists all injured players? For example, last year Ichiro missed the first couple of games to start the season and was not on the Opening Day lineup. Only reason I ask is because I'd hate to leave a player who WOULD be on the opening day lineup in AAA for half of my season before I realize he's there. Thanks.

I had a couple of questions regarding the way that ratings work in the game. What exact rating reflects a player who is regarded as "big league average" in a given category? Is it 50? 60? 70? What rating represents a replacement level player? Is the rating different for each area? (For example, would 50 be an average rating for power vs. LHP, but 70 be the average rating for contact vs. LHP?) Based on examining player stats 70 seems a bit high, but 50 seems a bit low. Does the average change from year to year?
