I believe the updated roster has an "A" after the name. When you get the game and go into Roster Vault you should be able to sort by Rating and find it pretty easily.

Re: Turn Back the Clock: 2000 Season Replay-A Subway Series

Just wanted to drop in and say thanks a bunch Knight, i just d/led these tonight and fired up a Yanks/Mets exhibition @ the old stadium, ended up losing 8-5 in 10 innings, but the real noteworthy stuff was the commentary by Campbell (paraphrased):

-At one point in the 7th, he said something along the lines of "with how well these two teams are playing, i wouldn't be surprised to see them face each other again in October"

-After the game was over, he said "And the mets were able to do something here they weren't able to do in the 2000 subway series and that's win a game, which must be a good feeling for their fans"

I'm sure both lines get thrown in a bunch but i haven't heard them before (or at least never noticed) so it was real cool to hear it on the first game i played with these rosters. Can't wait to get into some other matchups, i've been thinking about trying to play a shortened season before next season starts (almost like my own version of winter ball) and think i might use these for that season to change things up a bit. Great job and thanks again!

              Thank you and you're welcome.
I've been doing a season with these(with a couple of breaks here and there...a trip to California and I've got my grandson here now for a week...there never seems to be any time!(that's a good thing with him )
....but I've been posting my progress in the franchise thread.
If you guys are playing these...I'd love to hear your stories, progress and feedback...either here or in the franchise thread.
              Thanks!

Your work truly is legendary! Was wondering if by any chance their is a "vault" feature in MLB The Show 09 and if so, did you by chance also make rosters for a particular "memorable season"? Because I'm tempted to get mlb 09 and try out your other classic roster files. Pls inform.

                Cheers!

SCEA turned off online for 09 earlier this year, so the only way to get rosters for 09 is for someone to post a copy of the file here and for you to download it to a flash drive and then plug the drive into your PS3 and copy the file from there.

Thanks for the info. Really looking forward to gettin' my hands on MLB and trying out the 2000 Season Replay. It's quite difficult to find a copy of MLB 10 here in the Philippines, but still searching. But have watched knight165's youtube videos using this particular roster set, and it looks amazing!

                    Cheers!

It is maddening that none of the work pout into these rosters will be able to be transferred over into MLB 11, despite there being no real differences in the create a player mode, or player rating system

I have been searching in the roster vault forever and haven't been able to find this roster set. If someone could help me that would be great.

Why not come to the source!

                            Ask and ye shall recieve.
I don't think I can vault them(they are for '10 not '11) but I'll post a link for direct download in a little bit.
                            I'm still playing these!
I actually just reached the playoffs.(I decimated the N.L. as the Mets....of course)

Good work on making the playoffs, Knight! Man, I've spent so much time with MLB 11 that I haven't gone back to 10 to finish up my season with this amazing roster.
