I'm not even wanting to publicly share the roster file. I thought that Third was going to release his file, so no one would even be interested in my file.

Most people probably wouldn't even like how I rate players. I rate my roster sets to play out how I think players will play. I also tend to scale attributes/ratings upwards.

As for the younger players, many people think I overrate many players on my NCAA football and baseball sets, but I usually hit on 85-95% of my projections. With that being said, the simulation stats seem to have a very wide range from the top players in the majors to the lower rated prospects in the minors. So, I rate players on how the actually play, instead of what simulation stats they will likely put up because I would rather have an accurate representation of the player in game than trying to get accurate simulation results that you can't get to be accurate because they vary too much.

Like I previously said, my roster file isn't anywhere close to where it needs to be, even though I've made a ton of changes to it.

I'm also a perfectionist and I am interested in your file, hope you change yor mind on sharing your file

alright...like Jason19 said roster editing is always a work in progress...every player is changing minute-by-minute...but guys I think I'm satisfied enough to post this for you...

1st - sorry for the delay...if PSN was up these would have been up yesterday...

2nd - much thanks to bama for laying a base for this set in getting most of each team's starting 5, and some minor leaguers, well-known relievers & closers...

now to what I spun into the web...

-minor tweaks/re-rates/stances&equipment/position changes

-SEVERAL to MANY player pitch changes, either from memory from past pitch edit sets or personal research, off of RAZR's spreadsheet...used SCEA's default break/control ratings...you will not see many 4sm fastballs as a pitchers main pitch...

-took recently retired players (Garret Anderson & Bob Howry to name 2) and re-rated them back and dropped them a bit...

this set is based on V.2 opening day like bama had stated earlier in the thread, with duplicates and handedness fixed...let me know what's wrong, I know their are some players left out & mistakes here and there...

also, another cool idea...as you guys use this set and hear a pitcher get announced from Vasgersian (sp.) with his signature pitch stated (Heath Bell for ex., a cut-fastball specialist) let me know! I'd like to incorporate this! fixed Heath after beating him for 4 runs in the ninth...grand slam Francoeur! didn't see that coming...

anywho...after all that I'm going to have to let you guys down...can't get megaupload to work...so pm me an email somebody who knows how this works, and lets get this up on os asap....shooting for 15 minutes from now but hopefully tomorrow somebody can if you guys get to me?

Jason19, preferably would love to have you get a first look at this, maybe check my work, enter in any edits you feel necessary here and there? I know you said you couldn't remember all the changes you made...pm me...but please somebody email me so i can get this to you and you can upload it...or honestly is the psn up yet?

I don't like turning down someone who wants my input and/or help on a roster file, but I'm going to have to.

I didn't keep track of any of the changes that I made. It's not fun making thousands of changes to attributes. Keeping track of those changes takes even more of the fun out of it.

What I can say is that I changed just about every attribute for every single pitcher that I edited. That includes stamina, clutch, all of the per nine attributes, pitch types, pitch speeds and pitch control. That isn't a knock on RAZR's previous work, either. It's just that there have been so many changes since early in the 2010 season - when he did his pitch edits - that they're now nowhere close to being accurate. His edits were very accurate at the time that he did them.
