I am almost finished with the Americam League. Just have to finish the Mariners and edit the Rangers. I will post the A.L. tomorrow night if anyone is interested.
So if I'm understanding this correct your roster with pitch edits will NOT have full minors or custom batting stances or equipment edits.... BUT you are adding all your pitch edits to a spreadsheet so someone can add them to the OSMF V2 set

    Sounds good to me

      That is correct.

I just have to finish the Rangers and I will be done with the A.L. I am hoping to be done with the N.L. sometime this weekend.

God speed to you.....Those spreadsheets are going to be very popular when your finished

I just hope someone has the desire to add all your custom pitch edits to the OSFM V2 roster which is the best and most realistic roster period

I hope so. Glad I could help.

I finished the American League and started working on the N.L. East last night.

I figured when I finish I will start a new thread. That way, others can help if I have a pitch incorrect or I am missing someone.

The hardest thing I found so far is tying to figure out if a pitcher has a 2 seam or sinker, Change up or a Circle change. So far, I hardly have any pitchers with a slurve or sweeping curve. I might need some insight on that when I finish.

Really? I found that most pitchers had slurves over sliders (according to the break of the pitches on MLB 11) and sweeping curve balls over the other types of curve balls.

When I am using texas leaguer FX to see what type of pitches a pitcher uses, it doesn't list a Slurve, Sweeping Curve, or a 12-6 curveball. It just lists Slider or Curveball.

Sometimes from the break of the pitch and the speed, you can tell it's not a slider or curve but something different. I ahve been using 60ft6in.com. It usually says if it's a slider/slurve or a sweeping curve.

If I am not sure, I will google the pitcher and pitch type to see if I can find a scouting report on that pitcher.

yeah man, me likey. last night was only able to play test 1 game. set up my NNY vs. the Orioles, Colon vs. Brittan (just like real life last night... that's how I roll usually)... he struck me out 9x and was tough (he is a prospect), had I had a 0-2 deficit but tied it w/ a HR, he was relieved and I pounded their bullpen. 15hits, 3 HRs for me by endgame... i didnt get to use Mo' usually I get a good feel through him of the pitches. Any batter re-rates in the future? I'm sorry about your personal situation as you mentioned. Don't let it defeat you, allow it to make you stronger. Time needs to pass and you will overcome. Me, it's the $ 'wasted' in a relationship you know??

Just want to give a quick update on my progress.

The A.L. is done. I finished the N.L. East tonight and started on the N.L. Central. Hoping to be finished Sunday or Monday night.

You have to look at the break of the real pitch and then determine what pitch breaks that way in the game and not what they're listed by name on a site or on the game.

Hey man I downloaded your roster and liked all the changes. Only problem I noticed on the Indians was Jack Hannahan being completely gutted defensively. The guy is probably in the top 3 defensive Third Basemen in the league right now and definitely deserves better than the <40 Reaction/Fielding Ability ratings he has in this set.

                              Just a quick update...

I only have 2 and half teams left before I am finished. I will start a new thread and post my pitch edits. I am positive I will be posting them tonight.

It was a big project but worth it. There were a lot of pitchers to edit and some of them didn't even have the correct pitches at all. I figure those players may have scraped a pitch they threw the previous year because it didn't work well.

These were NOT based of the OS community roster that Knight & Co. put out, correct?
