Re: Fictional Rosters
GCG SUCCESS!!!!
Sorry I didn't get to it last night, my wife is leaving this morning and won't be back til Sunday. She wanted some "me" time.
Ok, update time. I have to import the Cubs and Brew. Finish the Pirates that I started yesterday and the Cards that GCG started. Then do the Yanks. That's all that is left.
It's 7:20 am here in Arkansas and I'm getting started. Other than eating, I have nothing planned for the day. We'll see what I can get done. I'll keep you posted.Comment

Re: Fictional Rosters
I am trying to decide what team to take. I think I will use your rosters first, and ballpark means the most (well, and uniforms), so I am thinking Fenway and The Red Sox.
I would love to do the Mets, using the Polo Grounds, but that will have to come later when PSN (playstation network) is back up.
So probably either the BoSox, or maybe the Mets; or even Chicago White Sox, I love those Uni's (but the park is "so-so").
I really want a park with personality, and the newer parks are much better than the "cookie-cutter" era (though I still wish there was one "generic" cookie cutter stadium to use in there for old-time teams and leagues). Without the use of the 6 classic stadiums, Fenway is the only one that really jumps to mind.
Maybe Petco? Nationals? Camden? I want twists and turns on the outfield walls. Twins new park? Safeco? Pac-Bell/At&*T/Qwest/Bondsville/Big glove stadium? Wrigley?
I need personality in my park...thinking Fenway big time!
The TROP? NEVER!!! That thing is really an attrocity, and I am one who kind of likes domes; Astrodome was awesome for what it was.
HURRY UP AND FINISH!!!
(the last line is a joke, don't get mad; I am just really looking forward to these rosters!)
THANKS!!!Last edited by Sun-Sation-Ul; 05-12-2011, 06:07 PM.Comment

Re: Fictional Rosters
Rosters have been sent to RM for his inspection.
After all, this is his project. I just helped it along.
I think you guys will be very happy with it.
And remember, this is a "base" version. It can go in a thousand different directions from here. Limited by only our imaginations.
There is still even technically 15ish players on each team that could be added to the roster by editing the "Ghosts".Comment
