Re: 1987 90 man roster with correct vitals
Will you guys be doing the 87 roster again, or tackling a different year?
I'd like to see an 85 roster. In MLB 10 we had 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990 and 2000 (that's why I still have, and play on ocassion, that game) and then obviously, 1987 for MLB 11.
85 would freshen things up a bit, but would still utilize many of the players already in your database from the 87 set.Currently Playing:

Re: 1987 90 man roster with correct vitals
I just uploaded the 1987 roster on the very first post. let me know if I did it right I am sure I did. And DJ I know we are going to do the 1987 and I will probably also do the 1984 but the 1985 set would be great too. Since I have all the information saved from last year I am quite sure it wont take as long to create these rosters as it did last year, so once them are done I am down for the 1985 set.Comment

I'd love to help, but it'd probably take me months to get a single team done. Thankfully, you guys are a lot faster than meCurrently Playing:

Jemeyers,
I will help in whatever way possible. Problem is that I got engaged and she and I live together. The bigger problem is that I took a new job that is basically paying me to go back to school. Both are a good problem to have, but let's be honest a need a hall pass for the month of March. Also if we ran it like we did last year, you know I am good for the Tigers, knight is good for the Mets, PJsnell is good for the A's and so on. The reason we turned out such a good set is because I would get home from work and you already had the NL Central halfway done in a day!! Start up the official post for the year and let's get atComment

Re: 1987 90 man roster with correct vitals
I finally went and looked up the 1987 standings yesterday and they were pretty interesting. The Cardinals won the NL East by 3 games over NY. The AL East was pretty interesting with Detroit winning, Toronto in second and the Yankees (I thought 87 was a down year for them, but obviously not) finished with 89 wins. Boston tanked after the 86 season.
Oakland was 7 games out of first out West.Currently Playing:
