You must be yoking! Yeriously, yoking!

Justify your findings and I will happily oblige with a subtantial response from a viable source.

Not to mention he profiles to hit 30+ jacks....Definitely a B type prospect

Mannn, Hak-ju Lee is only a B prospect?? That stinks . The only skill that seems like it won't develop when he reaches his potential is power in his bat.

What's wrong with his track record? You must think Manny Machado is a C prospect then, since he has hit worse than Myers so far

Jokes aside, a player's potential is not based solely on stats, tools and makeup play a huge part in determining a player's potential, if ML numbers were the end-all be-all, Bryan LaHair wouldn't have spent 7 years in the minor leagues

Out of curiosity, did Starling Marte wind up as an A or B? Saw the original list (which I agreed with by and large if A's were "rare") then saw you mention expanding the numbers of A's and making a 2nd set of rosters for the inclusion of guys like Marte, Gyorko, etc..

Marte had a huge year last year, is tearing the cover off the ball in spring training (with power), and has some big time tools. But, he also has a concerning walk rate and is going to be 23 this year. Could see him as either an A or higher level B, just curious what you guys are officially going with?

Man alive, another peospect that gets rave reviews and hard to determine whether he is an A or a B+. I love this kid and from the looks of it he may move the Dread Pirate to LF. Think about that OF. Oh and did I mention my man crush on Robbie Grossman!!!!! Awesome OF problem to have.

lol anyway ksig, can I hear your thoughts on James Paxton? If he develops a consistent third pitch (changeup), does he become an A for you or is the lack of command too hard to overcome?

I think that's an awesome idea! =D. He's got the natural talent necessary to develop into a frontline ss in the AL east; especially with being in Tampa bays farm system. It's not like every guy with upside should be an A, but Lee has made a strong case for himself that he should be! And Segura is not too bad either

Glad to hear you like Grossman so much. I was really conflicted on him, and obviously since he's coming off the hamate injury this year won't be an ideal gauge to use. Wasn't sure whether he was for real or just benefiting from repeating a level last year.

Definitely think Marte'll wind up bumping Cutch to left (which at PNC is really another CF) since his arm and speed are both superior to McCutchen's.

Really trust all the ratings on OSFM, but between him getting a lot of praise down in Bradenton (plus batting .500 with 3 HR's) and seeing you mention him specifically, my interest was piqued so had to ask.

If the Pirates do one thing right, it's pick out outfielders. Jury is out on the other 6 positions on the diamond, but their pipeline of OF prospects is encouraging to be sure.

They certainly arent lacking in the SP department either! Taillon, Cole, Heredia, and Allie! Love it!

I actually had a kid on my Scout Ball team named Brooks Pounders and he was supposed to flourish, but should have went to college! Might be a flop at this point, but then again when I coached that team I also had Matt Hobgood also!

Eman, I am almost positive he ended up being a B. The thing about Marte is that most people dont really know about him, but the truth is he has been around long enough for people to accurately guage him.

I think at this point he is a very solid B potential player, but I dont see him being a true superstar with superstar counting stats. He may become a fan favorite, but he has to move and the time is now if any of this comes to fruition.
