Scooter, just out of curiosity, why did you put Billy Herman and Dick Howser on the Twins? I don't believe either of them played for Minnesota or Washington.

If you are ever free and have time to post stuff like this (cross checking us) that would be great! I'd hate to remove a player we could have used in the set.

In the spreadsheet, Bobby "Higgenson" is mispelled (on the tigers)
It should be "Higginson"

Im guessing somebody typed his name in incorrectly, but that kind of mistake wont be in the roster, that's just for people to see what players will be in the roster. In no way shape or form is that spreadsheet used for actual editing (besides pitches)

Wow, these attribute edits are an absolute blast to make. They are really going to set this roster apart from other classic rosters I have created in the past.

Data entry is terribly boring but this will be so worth it.

I desperately need people to pick up where Joey left of on pitch edits though! Any with the Bill James pitch book who can enter data to the spreadsheet please let me know. i have it, I just want to spend as much time as possible entering in data to the game

Great Idea, I would suggest that the roster makers save all the stats they have on paper, so that it would save a lot of time and work.

I respect the work SCEA does to the millionth degree. They have the best in the business working there. But I don't believe that an import player tool does not already exist in their shop. I can't believe they recreate the MLB players year to year from scratch. If they do, they really need to look at an import db tool that would allow year to year modifications.

This would save hundreds of hours of editing on our part. It is done all the time in other apps and I am sure could be done for the Show. Somehow we have to continue to raise this up on the yearly Wish list.

It IS possible. It is doable. I do hope they will reconsider for 2013.

Thanks to you capa and Knight for leading the charge on this! I just hope it happens. Keep up the good fight! Think about just pushing one button and all the retro rosters are complete. This would be revolutionary!
