Hoser,

I'm not creating these players now I have created these players over the last 4 or 5 years and copied them on DVD's. I'm Transferring each classic player from my DVD's to the new game. That way it saves me time as I don't have to create each player every year.

99% of all my players are before 1985 and are finished. ( about 500 players or more).
I'm doing the best I can do. I don't mean to step on any toes.

I have all time greats for every team created in last year's game too but I am not aware of a way to transfer them to this year's game thus I have to go into this year's game and re-create each player for the teams that I am working on (Twins and Rockies so far). I use last year's player models and attributes as a guide when creating them this year but I still have to create each and every player that SCEA doesn't have in the game.

Do you have a way to transfer players from a previous year's game to this year's game? If you do please let me know how you do it because it would save me, and likely others, dozens if not hundreds of hours of work.

I'm not trying to police you or anyone else's work and it doesn't offend me if you create players that I've already created or were planning on creating. All I'm suggesting is that we might want to work together and coordinate our work so we aren't duplicating our efforts. I have no desire to create a player that's already created just to get my name on the upload. I'm not looking for any credit, I just want to help get the all time greats roster done.

So last year i remember, people were signing up to create teams, but this year we are just creating random players? Im confused.

pj and myself have just gone through and gave the spreadsheet a minor overhaul. This should make it much easier to follow.

And Scooter, don't worry if we have somebody else's name on the sheet for certain players. Just keep doing exactly what you are doing and uploading them and update us as you do!

Actually though this roster is very similar to the one last year, but yea there are some minor differences. Also, is there anything you want me to do to help with this roster?

The roster last year was a compilation of specific teams. The '27 Yankees, '61 Yankees, and '98 Yankees on different levels, never on the same team. There were players repeated as well.

This set is each franchise's best players with no repeats.

Any help would be great!

Just want to cover a few bases.....

I am taking guys from the vault and putting them on my roster. I can't recall many of the names of the creators, but the guy who did the nice Piazza, Pedro, Bonds, Carter and a few others are on there. If you don't want us using your guys feel free to get a hold of me. Just don't want to try to take credit for others guys nice work.

I've spent the night editing your most recent roster to essentially combine what we have had so far.

I am going to use the roster you uploaded earlier as the master file, now that I have been able to make a ton of edits to it. I am hoping to post updates more frequently that way we can save some time on the exporting process

So I was working on the Giants, but considering that most the roster is pre-1985...there isn't much left to do! I don't mind, I've seen Scooter's work and prefer that over any thing I might do.

I can't wait to see how it all turns out. Thanks to all involved!
