Re: Fictional Rosters 13
Okay guys - here is the latest merge of the file.
The completed teams are:
Giants
Padres
Rockies
Dodgers
Cardinals
Astros
Athletics
These teams are 100% complete, that means MLB, AAA, AA for all teams. Lineups, Pitching Rotations are set. Please look through (and play, if you so wish) the teams and make any comments needed in this thread. I am looking for any type of feedback, including any errors you may find (name misspelling, name duplications, etc) as well as any feedback you may have on balance or playability (pitch selections, stances, windups, that sort of thing).
Thanks to Mr_Random for getting his teams to me for inclusion with this update. I'm sure you'll find his face edits quite impressive.
As always, thanks to everyone for all their help, and I should be able to get the next update up sometime this week. (We are at 25% right now, I expect the nest one to be at 50%).
I will post this version later to the vault as well, if people desire.
[EDIT] This version is also now in the vault as BetaV1.1Attached FilesLast edited by comatosedragon; 05-05-2013, 05:24 PM.Comment

Re: Fictional Rosters 13
I've played around with the fictional rosters in past years and they can be quite a bit of fun.
One thing I would love is to see some more diverse team identities.....for example:
- The crappy team looking to build up (i.e. the real life Astros)
- The scrappy team (mediocre tools, but good contact hitters, groundball pitchers, etc.)
- The speed demon team (i.e. the 85 Cardinals)
- All power, no pitching (like the rockies)
I love the created teams and players, but the teams all felt (in past years) very similar to one another.
Just thought I would throw this out there while the roster was still in the works....Play the games you love, not the games you want to love.Comment

Re: Fictional Rosters 13
So far so good. Played Cards/Dodgers. Faces stances and deliveries are well done and quite varied. Looking forward to the full set.Comment
