So I need to upload fictional characters so u can add them to a roster that only you can see and use? That's fine, is there and update on how far you are. Or anything we can see.

If you have a problem with it, don't help... Seriously.

Somebody else asked about progress a few pages back, if you want to know you can look for it. Otherwise, I'll probably be doing another count once I import about 90 players I received from a couple guys... Tonight or tomorrow.

I uploaded a roster called "fic roster" which contains 38 players (mostly pitchers, starting and relief). All of the created players are located on the Yankees team in the roster file. Gamertag: Trex187

I will continue to create players and start a new roster file.

Even if I wanted to I couldn't, because, like I said, my wifi is down.

Explain to me whatever thought process you're using. Do you understand how the vault system works? It's not like working together on google docs or something. If we "passed it around" as you say, only one person could work on it at a time.

It's simple no one wants to do this all day, but say I'll take it for a few hours and give it to mr x then he can take it for however long and send it to mr y. Then before you know it you got 100 per day or more. The way you doing it is just to slow. No offense I just want to get these done I think it's a great idea. If u can wifi off ur phone and pop them in we could possible have a few hundred more done by Tuesday.

That would require a team of reliable guys who care about quality as much as I do. I have about 4 guys like that. We aren't going to plan out scheduled times to work on this... We all have more important things in our lives.

I'm not forcing anybody to work on it... I'm going to keep doing it how I'm doing it. I appreciate all the guys actually helping out and creating players.

No offense man but I'm not really worried whether or not you think it's too slow. If you want to help out, create a few players... I'm not going to put all our work out to public yet just to accommodate you. None of us guys working on this are getting paid for all our work; the more work we put in, the more pleasure we get out. To this point, I have put in the most work... I'm doing this for my own satisfaction more than anything. I'm appreciative of the help I have received from guys with similar mindsets as mine.

The method you're talking about here is slow as molasses and not really a better alternative. Whats going on is the point of why the roster vault was created for Knight. Each guy can make their own players in their own roster and upload it to a vault and continue working. creator then can go to the vault and take the roster and export and import players into a master roster..dont complain when you dont understand the process.

The way Creator is doing it is the fastest way and allows a lot more people to keep working on the end product...thanks for the input and advice?



Continue on Creator you know what youre doing and we do too. Ive been getting a few pms from guys looking for the generator to help so things are still moving along.

Also with carry over saves this roster is for the long haul folks and 2700 plus fictional players takes time. Its not like OSFM where theres a legion of dedicated fans making 1500 or so players..its almost double with 1 dedicated person and 3-6 well meaning helpers. The roster will be for future games as well..no rush other than we are going as fast as we can and life allows. Good job creator2700.

This is an awesome project. Talk about keeping the game fresh.

I've always thought about making the players from the original Baseball Stars (the NES version).

They don't have last names though (guess that's minor as heck) and, more importantly, I probably will suck at making faces

Wish I could help because I'd put them in and such. Good luck and I'll be downloading this when it's out.
