Good sliders. These are the first set I have tried and they were kinda similar to mine.

I'm converted, I like that reaction to 10 and speed to 0.

The only thing I really changed was
Pitcher Control 5 - 6 based on someone's post here just to try it.
Pitcher Consistency 4 - 0 put back to 0
Strike Frequency 2 - 0 here as well

Amazingly enough I drew 5 walks in my game last night. My best before was 3. I was probably also just on a roll, but that was nice.

It all depends on the fielder and this is just a suggestion when you start having those problems , I still have um and im at 3 .

ckarlic, thanks, good feedback, 2 good games there. Just for you my game tonight when i finish work will be Indians @ Yanks - ill do as you did take the Yanks and have Wang v Reyes, see how i pick up Reyes' delivery

Just had a fabulous game, Indians @ Yanks (me) as i mentioned, Reyes against Wang, and it wasnt fabulous because i won, far more because of the way it played. Wang pitched a gem for me ending with a great line of 8IP, 5H, 3BB and 8K, got into trouble in the middle innings walking 2 straight but i got the DP ball with his great sinker to get out of it. 5 of my 6 runs came in one inning, engineered mainly by a 3 run bomb to right field way back into the seats from Johnny Damon.

Final line in this one:

CLE 0 5 0
NYY 6 9 0

My first shutout but as i say, far more enjoyable for the way it played out, so very natural.

Only thing i dont really agree with is raising the CPU power. They allready hit too many HRs. I actually lowered mine to 4. Everything else sounds good.

You think? Its very subjective i know depending on many factors such as who you are pitching with, which team the CPU is, are you having a good/bad day etc, but i havent seen any exorbitant jacks from the CPU at all, in fact im keeping them down real well with good pitching (im not saying you cant pitch :wink. I felt they needed more pop and especially with contact down to 4 if i would have done the same with power i feel i would find pitching a little too easy, that said these sliders wont be perfect (ah the irony!) for everyone, so if you can make a little tweak and have 95% of my sliders do the rest, great

I'm wrapping up this Philly series and I'm not seeing much power from the CPU. The only guy that has taken me deep is Greg Dobbs of all people. Howard and Utley have been shut down.

Of course I'm pitching with Cain, Hudson, and Vasquez so maybe that has something to do with it.

I've exploded in this game and am winning 8-1 in the 7th.

Pitching still seems real easy for me though.

8-3 now, lol.

Still though, only have given up 2 homers in this series...that's nothing in this ball park.

No Smithy they arent, but they take literally 2 minutes to input yourself, print them out and take them to the PS3 with you.

Braves, 2 homers from 3 games against a good pitching trio like that is fine, you arent going to see bombs galore all the time, even in CBP.

Take the Pirates to Fenway/Yankee Stadium and see what happens

I am the Astros playing the Nats, I have Oswalt pitching fine through 7 innings, I thought it was too easy. I'm up 3-0 and in the 8th inning, Zimmerman get's a solo homerun, then after that Adam Dunn gets a double. They took the lead in the 8th inning scoring 4. I ended up losing too! I got 8 hits with 11 runs and the CPU got 11 hits with 4 runs. Great sliders so far.

I havnt played an actual game in a couple days, I have been busy and when I do play the game I have been tinkering with player edits. Ill try some games and post results soon. thanks for the hard work!

I may have to raise the solid hits slider by one. I'm seeing a lot of ground balls and pop-ups.
