Play with it at default and you will soon see why.

Balls lasered all over the field, literally everywhere, even singles hammered.

0 is absolutely perfect, it still gives plenty of extra base hits and bombs if you **** it right and no, it shouldnt automatically be a monster hit with Chipper even in his wheelhouse, theres are many threads that will explain why.

tried this set for a 15 game stretch and I am just hitting the ball way too easily. in 15 games I hit 46 HRs averaging over 3 a game and my batting average is .389 with the reds, hehe. Pitching is also too easy as I hit my spot anytiime I want and will only walk people if it's intentional or if I do it for the sake of "realism". Thus no suspense/stress whatsoever when pitching.

Not only that, balls are hit still too hard since the power is default.

I'll give it another 5-10 games, but so far, not so good.

That's not a slider issue man. You're too good for AllStar.

After doing some experimenting like I mentioned I'd be doing, I'm probably going to have to agree with you here. I've been playing a handful of games on Solid Hits 3 and in the last game I played there was a combined 28 hits and 9+ extra base hits. I had been getting pretty good numbers with it at 3 but still seemed slightly high.

I'm going to give 0 another shot now

you see I was trying the "timing only" that PB always talks about. You just can't survive timing only on HOF or Legend. , so i tried this one.

I guess timing only is out the question for me.

where do u see the dude harp cuz i just read that he posted results and stated based on his skill level its not working. I don't see the problem with checking out different levels at diff settings. Ya cant be serious gettin upset with someone for that cmon man!

                  Pretty darn close to perfect.

I just cant handle default pitch speed though. I had to lower it a couple of notches..the old eyes just aint what they used to be.

Pretty sure somewhere in this thread I read that he doesn't.

How in the hell do you throw someone out at the plate with these sliders or in this game? It's like a little league team out there, even with guys like Sizemore in CF; every throw is up the line or brings rain with it on its way down from the heavens.

Off topic from the sliders, but what is with the bullpen warmups in this game? I get a guy warm, sit him down for the last out of the inning and then he is cold again when I go to put him in? It seems lame that I have to fudge a mound visit just to get him warm again.

Also, it seems that if I were to leave him warming up that last out of the previous inning, he'd be 20% in his energy for letting him warm up "so long." The bullpen warmup is way too touchy this year IMO.

I've thrown plenty of guys out at third and home plate.

Still loving these sliders though I had to make just a couple of minor adjustments

CPU & Human foul balls to 4 (Way to many at default which drove my pitchers in some deep counts almost every inning, seeing plenty at 4)

CPU strike frequency to 2 (Happy with it at 2)

Need some help guys. Every year I have this problem. I have a man on second and third. I hit a single and the man scores no problem. I want my guy to stop at third. For some reason he keeps coming to the plate. I have to take control of the cpu to make him go back. If I try to hit the back to the base button, the guy going home goes back to third. How do I make my runner stop at third. HELP. Sliders work great. Get about two to three homers per game. There are games I dont hit any. Love it.
