I just downloaded this roster. Thanks so much. I probably dont follow baseball as closely as you guys. But man some of these names. Some of my fav players like Ron Gant Ray Lankford. I forgot how frigging stacked Cleveland was. So what year was the strike then? 93? When Mtl had a stacked team ? Otis Nixon power off righties 8. Lol this is terrific

I'm pretty sure the season you're thinking of was 1994 if I remember correctly.

And yeah, no doubt about the classic players. I love seeing those old names as well. And ol' Otis I believe led the entire major leagues in steals when I simmed it, so that power wasn't very scary but he hurt teams in other ways.

When I google the Expos 96 roster Vlad shows up as a rookie. Did I miss something or you choose not to include him? Never mind. He had 27 PA that year.Ya team im thinking of had Vidro L Walker etc.
Youre right. Was 94. Dont know why I keep thinking Vidro was on that team. M Grissom was.

I just finished 1984 this past weekend...was knocked out of the wild card game vs of all teams the NYY. The team I play just about every other set with!!!!

Anyway I am starting the 1996 season replay this evening. Season mode, no injuires and roster control on (as always). I will be using The Florida Marlins and try to get that World Series title a year early!!!

Sheffield, Conine, Brown, playing in Joe Robbie Stadium with classic Florida Marlins colors only!

I will update some game results in your other thread. Looking forward to this. QC has now made it possible for me to play multiple classic seasons along with my proper franchise. Getting through 3 games inside of 2 hours on average. Fanfreakingtastic!!!!

Can't wait for more 90's rosters from you and PJ as well as that monster 1987 90 man from JMyers and Jethro!

Who are the main guys I should be looking for in the vault as far as Classic rosters go? Maybe im imagining it but im finding hitting a bit easier. Not sure if its because guys throwing 95-97 arent as prevalent.

I'm pretty sure Vlad comes in with the 97 set, but 27 plate appearances wasn't enough to earn him a roster spot over other contributors that year.

I don't even have a ps4 yet but I am pretty excited to try these. Where can I find them in the vault? Are they three different rosters? Now if only we can get a create a stadium and uni's and stances and windups to really make these pop!

They're under 1996 Complete Season, and I'm with you on the stadium's/uniforms.

I would pay another $60 to SCEA without hesitation for some old ones.

These are by far the best rosters on the show right now.

I just had one question, why is Todd Zeile not on the orioles? I am guessing because he played so many more games in Philadelphia that year? I know he played for the orioles postseason team and ended the season with the orioles bashers where every starter hit 20 or more homers that year. Its not a big deal to me I just trade him to the orioles I was just wondering.

I'm really impressed with the 96 roster. Some of those faces looked like in game models.
