I can work on the Cubs again this year. Any faces that I don't have from last year I'll have to find someone to make although there were a couple people who made great faces that I know of that might help out.

Re: O.S.F.M. 2015 Recruiting(joint ops with Hybrid Set)
I'd encourage all the OSFM team roster creators to take a look at the latest Hybrid Roster (Hybrid Offseason in the Vault by PSN: ohtheseblues) to see which players can already be checked off their lists. The faces in this roster are last year's OSFM with touch ups. Lots of work will be saved if we can just copy those guys right in and leave the creating faces from scratch for players that really need it/weren't part of OSFM 2014.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

I'll post my copy-player template also once were closer to actually editing players. It's just an image with grids/bars and options to tick off that can easily be edited in MSpaint so anyone can use it to transfer faces/players from MLB 14 to 15.Comment

Re: O.S.F.M. 2015 Recruiting(joint ops with Hybrid Set)
Last years osfm each team roster creators had ratings too high depending on the prospect level.I can recall teams like the cardinals and mariners had single A players rated in the 70's
.You would have propsect reaching in the 80's within one year of your franchise. This goes as well for prospect potential. They progress too fast in your franchise.
Knight and others needs to stress this need to be a coordination how to properly rate propsect from all levels on ratings and potential. You shouldn't have single A or AA prospect rated in the 70's.
If teeds,Knight,Willard,Ridin and others are reading this i really like if their some emphasis on it this year.

Re: O.S.F.M. 2015 Recruiting(joint ops with Hybrid Set)
The Last Couple of years we have used this guide for Potentials as well as measuring where a player should be rated Overall - that said positional ratings do affect Overall as well so please keep that in mind. For instance if you are creating a 3b or 1b who hits for more Average than Power his Overall will be lower but that doesn't necessarily mean he needs a bump up.
95-99 - Superstar player, Future HOF player
90-94 - Perennial All Star, Bottom End Superstar - a true Ace or top 2/3 player, some Closers but not all
85-89 - semi Regular All Stars, Could be a #1 starter on most teams, most Closers and high end Set up guys
80-84 - sometimes All Star/Everyday player on any team, 2/3 Starters, low end Closers and most set ups guys
75-79 - Everyday player on most teams/high end Bench players, most 3/4 starters, low end set up or very good relievers
70-74 - Bench Players/on the cusp minor league players or AAAA players, 4/5 starters, average relievers
65-69 - AAAA players or career AAA players
60-64 - AAA or good AA players
55-59 - AA or high A
50-54 - High A quality which includes good Short Season A players
45-49 - high school draftees
Also no minor league hitter should have a clutch rating above 45, most should be 35 ish unless they are on the cusp of making it.

Re: O.S.F.M. 2015 Recruiting(joint ops with Hybrid Set)
I posted this in another thread and I'll do it here also:
http://tinyurl.com/kp95rjd
This is a spreadsheet where I'm collecting all ratings for players to incorporate into the game. This will allow us to scrutinize ratings and potentials because the numbers are externally located and we can all have a look see. I'm including minor leaguers also as you're able to see. I want to create a tab for equipment so hopefully we can have people jump on board to track this info.
And here are Knights position charts along with WTNY's pitcher charts that we used last year:

Re: O.S.F.M. 2015 Recruiting(joint ops with Hybrid Set)
I'm on board for the Yankees, at least the info/ratings portion. I should also be able to use the dual PS3/PS4 setup to copy over all existing faces for Yankees prospects. I'll definitely check out the end of season roster, if I can just copy most of that info I should be able to get quite a bit done quickly.Comment

Knight/Ridin,
Thanks for all the hard work every year!
I am once again available to work on the Pirates stances/deliveries, equipment, and player info. I look forward to working with GoBucs again this year.Comment

Re: O.S.F.M. 2015 Recruiting(joint ops with Hybrid Set)
Just a thought because I made this mistake last year, double check weights/heights and age if you are copying over from last year. Remember to add a year to the age and some guys especially younger prospects may have put on weight
