Ask yourself this - next year if someone came along and started a roster called OSFM (even if they did put in the work and it wouldn't just a straight hack job) do you think that Knight, Ridin and all of the guys involved in creating OSFM for years now would be upset?

Kudos to Ridin and Knight and Willard who provided a lot of assistance on OSFM this year as this did happen this year. There are a lot of OSFM rosters out there - which is really what they expect, OSFM is a base for others to create and share from - but many of them came out before the real OSFM and did confuse a good number of people. It is what the internet is nowadays, I suppose?

Here's the deal:

I'm going to give everyone in this thread who took an unnecessary shot at someone else instead of reporting a post a chance to post an apology in response to this post. Tomorrow evening, I am coming back to this thread and banning everyone that insulted someone else, and bans are permanent and will not be appealed, and the color of your name or the time you've been on these forums doesn't matter.

It's completely appalling to me that this thread degraded into this.

I don't want reasons, I want apologies. 24 hours, starting now.

Although it always appears as I'm always logged on, I never log off and I was away from home all day, very busy and didn't get a chance to pop onto Operation Sports to see the message delivered by Millenium until this morning at around 10:45 am EST. So if I could still be given a chance to post an apology and have my ban lifted, here it goes...

I'd like to apologize to rjackson, redsfan and anyone else I may have offended. It was not my intention whatsoever. I love the conversation that takes place here and more than anything I like helping people out when they have reasonable questions regarding the game itself.

I apologize for creating a new account to post this as well, but I didn't know what else to do to at least give my account a fighting chance. Thanks for reading and taking this post into consideration, even if I do remain banned...

My sincerest apologies to anyone I may have offended. Regardless of how I feel about anyone, I had no right to come in here and act like a child, reigniting an argument that was probably already dying. For that, I am sorry.

I read this entire thread. Here's my opinion. I'm not taking sides. Guys, we now have year to year saves. I never need another roster update. I never need to start over again. I'm still using last year's Hybrid rosters, which are nothing short of amazing! You guys did an amazing job with last years rosters. I still don't understand how a bunch of guys who don't get paid to do so, put out better rosters than a bunch of yahoos that do get paid to do so.

This discussion has been finished for some time. I understand you're just giving your opinion, which you should, but this might start a chain reaction and begin it again. Let's keep this thread on topic. Last thing we want is Redsfan's thread closed on him.

Haven't used the roster yet. Just got home today from vacation and start work tomorrow. I'll give them a look; I'm sure they look great.

Gentleman, myself and a friend have put in yeoman's work the past 36 hours and we have gone over the spreadsheet provided by the great guys here at the forums..and we have input it into the OSFM file! It was alot of work, but worth it to me. I just have to have the re-rates, I'm kind of a perfectionist in that way. The pitch edits are NOT fully input yet, but due to people demanding these things be released with/without pitch edits (some prefer not to have them) I have decided to release what I have now to everyone. It is in the vault, PSN: BEasy17

The roster is titled: OSFM Hybrid

Thanks to everyone here who worked on the spreadsheet, I'm simply the guy that put in the grunt work

The only thing I ask is to please Like the roster after you download it. Thank you! Enjoy them.

I was comparing SeanJezzy's Pitch edits spreadsheet from last year with Brooks Baseball, I understand the Velocity and Usage part but does anyone fimiliar with how to figure the "Command" & "Move" numbers?
