Anyways, I will likely go through and edit their age until they would actually have turned 19, and I think some players were rated like their 18 year old self, and not their 16 year old self. Because of that, I will likely bump each rating down about 3 for each year that they are under 18, so a 15 year old will have -9 ish in each category for my own franchise, so that when he is actually 18 he will be about the same, and it will show the growth still... (I will experiment with this though)

If that is confusing and you are interested in doing the editing that I am planning on doing, feel free to ask me and I will try to better explain my plan!

Phil, thank you so much for making these rosters! The thought that you have put into the WIP really shows, and I can't wait to see the final product... I plan on making my deepest franchise ever with these!
Thank you for contributing on this project brother!

This sure beats playing Hardball 4!
Would the lady who left her nine kids at Wrigley Field please pick them up immediately? They are beating the Cubs 4-0 in the 7th inning!

This is great work, but it makes me sad. This just reminds me of playing WS Baseball for Sega. I miss playing that all morning after getting up early go fishing in the summers. So many good times.

Thanks for the roster, and in turn, thanks for the midlife crisis!

Well get a tissue box and get ready to shed a few more tears brother, because I believe any day now Phil is going to come back with a release of this roster!

Awesome game! So realistic. It's one of those games that I could see myself playing for hours on end. You know what? I have it! I think I'll play for awhile.

Is this still in progress? I don't mind removing the placeholder players and doing some edits, but I don't want to do that for a couple days and then see Phil's super version come out.

Could be a couple a days, could be 8 months, could be never. There's really no telling bud.

What date are you set to go back to work for the new school year? Will this be done before then or will it take a little bit more time afterwards? I am looking forward to this. I know this will be good work on your part. Good luck with the rest of this.

No one has supported this roster more passionately than me, but with SO MANY players included and subsequently SO MANY faces needing to be done, I just don't see this project ever being completed in a satisfactory way. It's a shame that there's no way this mod can import player faces from other rosters or the player vault over existing players----because the vitals and ratings system is spot on. But I've given up on this one at this point, sadly. It seems unthinkable so much work could go to waste---but it would take a player face making angel, or several, to save this.

I'm going to start playing around with the WIP to see how playable this is in its current state. I really don't care much about the faces as long as the skin color is right. It's not like baseball games even really had faces in the time period this wants to replicate.

Skin tones are pretty much perfect from what I've seen. Ratings spot on. Faces range from crude to completely random. There may be a handful of detailed faces in there also. Yeah, but thats sort of like saying the baseball players during the time period didnt have faces either. Obviously we want to take advantage of the tools given to us, it isn't 1994. But if your not concerned about visuals, this is as good and as deep as any mod out there.

Not sure if anyone has heard the news that Knight is going to return to this project to do what is unfinished (player appearances). Awesome news!

Phil is okay (we are friends on twitter). Just seems to be caught up in a few other games right now & lost interest in MLB The Show for this year. He actually does editing for lots of wrestling games.
