I honestly thought the day that we would see a new Fire Pro would never come, not after 12 years. I mean, after 12 years, a niche series like that that had under 100k sold copies of its last release, not happening ever. Right?

    Well...

The greatest grappling game returns to take on the world! Customize every aspect of the match, from your wrestler to the ring itself, in your fight for the championship belt.

Release date: Q2 2017. First PC release for the series and ramping up to be the definitive (and probably last) entry in the series.

So, yes at some point I'm leaving the MLB The Show scene. But I'm not leaving you guys with no 1994 in MLB 17. Until Fire Pro World comes out, I'll be here. I'll get the game launch day, I'll port 1994, I'll fix stuff, and then, when FPW comes out, I'll leave, and the data will be all yours to work on.

I might be active on the OS Fire Pro World if such a thing comes to be.

It was a blast, these last 4 years. I had fun, really I did.
Thank you, sir. It seems like you filled that 4 years with 25 years worth of work.
I hope you enjoy the new FPW as much as we have enjoyed your dedication to the Show.

thanks phil. you may want to port over the roster of urs that I edited. I corrected skewed L/R contact and power splits. like manny ramirez and scrub players. the rest is left as you made it. check my PSN in the vault and you will see the final version, with like 50-downloads. I will pm you. and when you port this, how long will it take. I was planning to start a season with this file and then carry it over to 2017. if you think it is better to wait, please let me/us know.

Hey :-) Do you want to do the port yourself? If so, go ahead man, keep working on it and port your WIP. I think it would be better if you did it if you want to, because I'm gonna leave no later than June.

I'll play it! Looking forward to it. I'll share my stuff on how to calculate proper salaries and where I found the contract info if you need it.

These efforts by Blessed Phil, will not be forgotten.
You may want to pay some attention to the MLBTS 19, Roster Vault on the Future. Not promising, nor prophesying anything. Just keep watch, and pray.
