I've said it before and I'll say it again, the Seattle Mariners are the most improved team from my 2018 to 2019 sets. Tyler Elliott is a 99 overall left handed closer who has 90s in all his per 9s with a 99 potential and a long, team friendly contract. He is definitely the scariest guy in the league.

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
Bacon, this may be a odd request, but if you have the time could you do a quick 25 man fantasy draft, trying to build the best, most complete team you could and post the results? I'm going to do a 30 team control fantasy draft with some of your fictional guys and some legends mixed into a custom roster and I want to have one of the teams be fully composed of your players. I'm interested to see who you would select that would complement each other well and contend for a few years.Comment

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
I have a question for you. When simulating stats for previous years, how do you have to go about it? Do you have to simulate 2019 with that player on the roster then export him out and back into another roster and simulate 2019 again in a different franchise file?
I stuck a few players in a random cpu franchise to test by simulating a few years into the future and when I exported them their cards showed 2020, 2021 stats etc.
I assume the above way is the way it works? Have to re-do 2019 each time?
Thanks.Funkycorm

Both ways that you have listed above worked before and the game would automatically shift the years so it's consistent with the season the game is based in but again, that's no longer the case.
As for 19, I personally haven't played around with it enough to know of a workaround for this "issue" and I would currently categorize it as a bug.Comment

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
Good question, man. It's actually different in 19 than it's been in the past. You can no longer "back date" statistics on player cards like you had in almost every other iteration of the series.

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
All the service time and stuff is all correct. I might go to 18 and recreate players and sim their stats there then move them over. It is nothing more than a visual bug I suppose. I will have to decide if I want to scrap my progress and start over or not. Thanks for the reply.Funkycorm

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
Bacon, thank you for creating this amazing roster. I'm playing my franchise and RTTS using this roster more than the Full Minors roster. Thinking about going through and assigning some Sounds of the Show to really get into it. Thanks again brother.Comment

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
Hey all, it's been a bit since I've posted because it's nearing final's week. I'll be on sparingly in the next 2 weeks but more roster work and posts will be done after the summer break begins so stay on the lookout boys.

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
I actually decided to create players in 18 that I wanted stats for then just port them to 19. I will use 19 for those players that don't have MLB time, prospects, etc. I may keep the few I tested on 19 with stats because I really like the players but we will see what happens. Thanks for the input.Funkycorm

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
Bacon, have you guys ever seen 2 players with the exact same ratings have a different overall? I ask because I was editing some of my players ratings into a baseline that is being used for a rerate and one of my CAPs OVR seemed a little low for the ratings he had. So I edited all his stats to match another CAP that is 98 OVR. But the one comes out as a 96 OVR. I've edit all ratings, height, weigh, build, motions, everything I can think of to make them match. Only thing I can think of would be that I exported the higher rated player into the roster from last years game. It's not in Franchise mode, so morale shouldnt be effecting anything yet.Comment
