There's no salary unless they make the team. Some NRI's have that info available.

But for instance Napoli to the Indians minor league. What would they put his contract at?

I leave most minor league contracts at what they were previously in OSFM, but will update for ones that are announced like Napoli, who will make $1.75M if he makes the MLB roster.

Does this update have any new minor league players added throughout the year?

Ones that weren't big names at the beginning but showed out during the season.

Yes including players who were out of mlb last season that recently signed.

Quick question: what contract updates did you do on the roster? At a glance, it looked new signings have their actual contract AAV across years + 1? Were any other players edited? The few that I checked seemed to be in some cases and not in others...

Yeah I think pretty much all new offseason contracts are accurate with +1 year. As for other players, some are and some are not. This roster is from Ridin's OSFM 3.2 base which I think mainly had default contracts. I did go through and adjusted many of the players AAV. Some I did not get around to. One reason I corrected a lot was because in Franchise, a lot of players who had a lower salary than in real life had their morale go down because of their lower default salary. Now there's a lot less players with low morale in the contract category. Plus there's also the whole debate on here of default vs real contracts.

Many places.. MLB Trade Rumors is the top one. Rotoworld, Baseball America, and following a lot of the top mlb reporters on Twitter like Ken Rosenthal, Jon Heyman, and Chris Cotillo. MILB.com transactions page and Roster Roundup are good for milb transactions.

Roster Resource is great for rosters, but not so transactions they used to be, every time had transactions down the bottom for some reason they took that out a couple of years ago.

Sometime this weekend most likely.

I've been having trouble with some test uploads being corrupted and not downloadable again. I thought it was related to CAPs that were imported in, but even just random roster moves will make a test upload not downloadable after the previous test was just fine. Very strange, and frustrating. I just gotta play with it. My last test upload with updated transactions worked though thankfully.
