Thanks for the quick response, so none of the SCEA rookies were added in then? And was I mistaken or did I see that someone was working on making an Opening Day version of this roster?

Some rookies but not all. I don't have a list of which players I took and which players I didn't. I did add all of Aroid's caps that he was editing from early season SCEA live updates. The problem you run into is editing guys prior to them being in an update (including face, equipment, motions/stances) and then seeing the SCEA version look nothing like that player and having to re-edit all over again. It's hard to find the time or motivation to go through this process and I'm a stickler accurate likenesses, even for lesser known minor leaguers.

Used roster in a few games already!! Very well done. Great job to all involved. Just curious. What is a good slider set to use with this roster? I am currently using armors. Also should I play on all star, HOF or does it matter? I am just looking for best realism there is.

Someone asked about sliders a few pages back, and my only advice to everyone about that is to find a slider set that suits you. We don't have any guidance on that. I don't think this roster requires a unique slider set.

I don't think anyone is working on an opening day version. We certainly are not. Maybe you read that in the Hybrid thread?

There are some great looking faces in this roster that you won't find anywhere else. Downloaded this roster the other day & I gotta say you guys did a hell of a job.

Royce Lewis in this roster is spot on, as well as Eloy Jimenez, & many others.

Another thing that is really noticeable in this roster, runners going from first to third or second to home on a single......instead of being a station to station game like it has been before I downloaded this roster. Makes this a completely different game and very enjoyable. To the point I have started a franchise.

The roster looks and plays great. Once again great job guys. Now if you will excuse me, I got a team to rebuild.

Would this roster be compatible with a PS3 version of MLB 16?

If so is there a way to get this roster into the vault?

If not does anyone have a suggestion for a a great roster base that i should check out?

Have spent a ton of time making my own personal edits to OSFMv3 and then this bomb gets dropped lol. Tempted to start with these....decisions, decisions....

WTNY have you been keeping up with transactions? Would you happen to have this updated through today?

I think that thread was quoted because you asked about 30-team control originally. Lots of people ask about this but don't see there is already a whole thread worth of information out there.

As for the other person that answered your post, he implied that you need to make your roster into a 25-man version so the lineups are set through spring training. It's really easy to do that. Just remove all players from the 40-man roster who are not also on the major league roster before you start your franchise. Add them back after you are through spring training.

If we could keep this thread on the topic of this roster and defer any discussions of sliders, general game Q&A, 30-team control etc to their respective threads/forums, that would be helpful. All of these questions get answered several times each game cycle, the trick is searching the right threads for the answers (especially the Q&A and 30-team control threads).

That would be a negative. I have not been keeping up. This roster is only about 10 days old though at this point.

Appreciate the sentiment, but I don't think we'll be going down the road of taking requests like that, sorry. After about 4 months of doing nothing but editing, hopefully people can understand where I am coming from when they make requests about other versions and/or new work that would need to be done.

Yeah, I'm still editing likenesses and done with the ratings game for this year. I have imported over many players during our many iterations of this roster so if you want to pm me your list I can see if I have those guys stored away and rated.

Went through and made my own edits and updated transactions earlier today and I have to say the attention to detail within this roster is amazing. So glad I decided to go forward with this roster as my franchise base! Can't wait to see how they play out! Again, thank you guys for putting this roster out there for the community!
