Probably not. Minimum age for CAP in the show is 18. Also I would have to imagine he is still at the Dominican facility of in short season rookie ball. OSFM usually covers triple AAA, AA, and a few top prospects from single A and rookie ball. They will sometimes make an exception for a player like Athletics Lazaro armenteros who was in the roster a year ago at age 17 with a listed age of 18 (I just edited his age back to 18 after season 1), and jaylin Ortiz of the phillies a couple of years before that if I remember correctly.

I would say more than likely he is not in. Sorry.

Even tho Pardinho is only 16 his pitchers are more advanced then other 16 year olds his fastball gets to 95 mph and he has command with his fastball and his slider and chanegup are also great pitches that he throws he also throws a curveball

They haven't been added, that's where they are in the roster by default. They were asking if people wanted them removed to have free agents put in over them.

There will be a few 25man that come out

I do a 25man with injuries up to date with stance edits.

Usually have them out a day or 2 after these release

I'm not saying he's not deserving. I've been using the OSFM rosters since 2010. I am just answering the question to the best of my ability based on past experiences and his age. Then again I could be wrong. Maybe Ridin and the guys put him in

I don't believe they do because real contracts had always caused some kind of issues with free agents down the road in franchise and they tried it a couple years ago and it didn't work out well.

Yeah, I read a thread about the contracts yesterday. Apparently messing with salaries screws up trade logic, but you can correct the # of years without issue.
