Re: OSFM 2018 “Opening Day Version”
Anyone going to be editing salaries to mimic real MLB contracts? Also, what has that done to the game as you go forward? I like teams that have bad contracts so they have a hard time trading him for instance I have Jacoby on the Yanks and he blows with a 20+ mill deal.Comment

Re: OSFM 2018 “Opening Day Version”
The 40 is the spring training roster, so the CPU will pick the 25 best players to fill out their rosters of the 40 man roster. So injured star players in A ball will make the team, which means that opening day lineups and rotations won't be exactly correct because if injured players are making the opening day lineup, then people actually on the opening day roster won't.
That's the 40 vs 25 man debate. 25 man allows for exact opening day roster/lineups. 40 man allows for actual callups/demotions since the CPU will only call people up if they are on the 40.Comment

Re: OSFM 2018 “Opening Day Version” Available Now
If I ever see you guys in person, first couple of beers is on me.
Only reason I can justify paying sixty bucks each year is the amount of work you guys do that SCEA cannot legally do (without paying a boatload in royalties probably).
Makes me wonder how much it would cost to get the minor league license. Be so nice to have real players out of the gate, with the OSFM guys actually getting paid to do this type of work.-the least famous person you've never heard of.Comment
