That’s not possible. You’re doing something wrong.

Try downloading the roster again and make sure you name it differently than other rosters you’ve got saved. Then you have to load the roster before you edit. Then save the roster, again paying attention to what you name it. Then load it again.

I did this - I named the roster New and saved it. I must be missing a step. I’ll try again after work (8 long hours from now) and report back. So frustrating

To the roster makers:

Curious about your decisions on Plate vision? Example is guys like Miguel Sano, Judge, Stanton...I feel like these players which have a k% >=30% should have a plate vision rating of <=10?

Any chance you have a list of players who contracts you took out options?

I had a list of players j was gonna adjust for my franchise in regards to opt outs and team options.

I agree with the way you guys did it. I just put my own spin on things so I would like to adjust accordingly

First I want to say I appreciate all the work done between all parties named creating this. Thank You! Here is my question: Is there a post listed on how these ratings were created. I've learned a mind-numbing amount about advanced analytics when it comes to pitching over the last 4 years. Kershaw isn't 99ovr. Just want to learn what Advanced Metrics created any actual ratings changes in this? Were most or just some of the pitchers altered? (Not talking about Fake Players). Also I get that this is more a franchise format setup. But again the Dodgers won't get back a haul as you present with an (A) 99ovr... Again just want to see how these rating were created. Just constructive criticism also. Appreciate the work 1000% and anyone who downloads it should bleeping also.

All players were altered, and the minor leagues were filled with real players. Also, the formulas we use do spread things out a bit more than stock, so we have a bit more 99s than usual.

Kershaw might not be the best pitcher in the league anymore, but the guys who are better than him should also be 99s.

The metrics themselves are mostly a modified Marcel projection, to handle minor leaguers. Then each stat is scaled to a 0-99 rating.

There's enough room on the 0-99 to handle them all. Guys over 30% end up under 30. Single digit is reserved for guys like pitchers, with K rates around 40%.

So, I've been thinking about holding out and not starting my franchise until after the Draft and you guys add the first-round picks.

Of course, I should probably ask... you guys are adding those players, correct? Or is this roster more focused on accuracy of the minors right now.

We don't have any plans for a future release currently, so I wouldn't hold out man. If it happens, it will be towards the end of the season.

I was blown away by how accurate you guys have potential and the ratings in general for all the players. It was the first time I ever felt like I didn't need to touch the rosters myself.

This may be well known, but I started a RTTS with this roster and just noticed that the injured players in A ball seemingly disappear from whatever team you end up on. I'm about halfway through a season so it is what it is at this point, but noticed that Carlos Martinez and Yadi are totally missing now. It seemed to only affect the team I was drafted by.

Just a heads up to anyone else - make sure you move players out of A ball before starting!

I can’t get it to work. I downloaded the roster and saved it. Then I went in to Data Utility and loaded default rosters. Then I went to crest and edit player and made changes to Altuve and McCann and then saved changes to my new roster. Then I start a new franchise and use my new roster. When I check out Altuve and McCann the changes have been made. But then when I check the rosters in spring training all those players I mentioned previously and more are free agents. Not sure what I’m doing wrong

I was hoping to have you walk me through this but now when I try to download roster it says file unavailable. Grrr
