Thank you guys so much. Brewers look so much better. Tyler Black is known as a terrible glove n yet base rosters have him at SS with ability to play the entire IF (technically he has played everywhere but he should never play SS). I love DL Hall's potential but base rosters gave him stamina at 76 but he was a reliever with Orioles so a guy who is boardline starter/bullpen should never have been that high. There r many more examples but these rosters show u guys did the research n I truly appreciate all your hard work.

I've seen some threads on it before and was just wanting to know if someone can advise the best way to do a 30 team control set up with lineups/rotations without spring training messing it up too much? Do you just cut down to 26 man before continuing or is it better to go through and then attempt to fix once regular season starts?

Unfort there is truly no way
I sim Spring Training and than go on Fangraphs and set up every teams Lineups, Rotations and Bullpens and just start my Chise from there

After, it will wipe out your changes if you do it before.

I believe if you have only 26 men on a team's roster when you advance from ST to the regular season the changes will stick. If you have any more or less than that the CPU will scramble it up again. At least that's how it used to be.

Correct no matter what you do CPU will mix lineups up. Unless you set lineups for CPU teams to manual in 30 team control. But then anytime something happens in the Majors or Minors for any team you have to go fix it. Its not worth it

Not sure if this is just me or not, but when I downloaded the roster and started up my Red Sox franchise, I noticed multiple players in the minors had 5–7-year contracts for $750k a year, plus there were duplicate players for 3 guys. Every other team seemed to be normal when I went through rosters so maybe this is just a bug when I downloaded the roster? Should I delete and redownload it from the vault?

We just mentioned this on our discord. I think it’s a bug with the duplicate players.

I noticed those guys and tried to remove them, but when I do, it only shows the 1 player and removes both. I’m not sure what the deal is with it but others have mentioned seeing the same bug.

I guess you can re-name those guys or just tank their OVR’s and cut them. I didn’t want to remove them entirely. It’s really weird.

As for the contracts, that’s from where I swapped players from FA to edit them and when I added them back to their team, MLB assigned a random contract to them I guess.

do we know if the duplicate players are an issue on any other team? I'll just go through and rename if it's just a few.

overall great work on these! can't wait to finally get a franchise started with my swing at air approach to offensive Twins team!

I noticed if I went to rename one of the duplicates on the Red Sox, it changed both of their names. Same with trying to release them, one would disappear.

When I loaded these up in franchise, Brando Mayea on the Yankees (18 year old 60 overall) has a 30 million dollar one year deal. Not sure if other prospects have wonky contracts as well.

It was easy enough to fix on my end but just wanted to give a heads up.
