Six games in, playing as KC, I have two home runs, the Twins came out of the series with one home run, and the O's got two HRs off my guys. It's been a ton of 3-1, 4-3, etc. There was a game where the Twins had weak fly outs to my RF for something like 12 of the outs in one game. It does feel like if a pitcher manages to limit runs in the first couple innings, it can be really difficult to break through. KC has the lowest BA in the league, Twins have the second worst. I'm not amazing or anything but I can hold my own, so this has been a bit of a power outage for me.

Anyone else seeing similar results? I'm wondering if I should goose the timing? Lower the pitch consistency? Git gud?

I had a look and BR82186 did a good job with trx and replacing most of the Devs in the roster ( 19 out of 30).

Those in blue still in the game but here’s the list if you want to import over. It won’t take that long if you found 11 players from the vault you want and then you’ll have a very solid roster for next year or so.

Maybe go up on the pitching difficulty and down on the hitting difficulty, since the CPU's ability to hit and score is also down. I'll give it a shot.

You're gonna have to look in the FA pool and run quick searchs for those players on Fangraphs.com

I did run a search through it when working on it and took out most of the remaining game developers.

I can DM you my list of imported players but have to tell you most are Jays players. I also have a few Cleveland ones.

I did a full inventory of all 539 players in FA list through mostly MILB.com and noted at what level they are and what team they belong to ( if not real FA). Cause of the 93 players limit per team, many didn’t make the cut so when teams are short of the 93 maximum, I like to move up (recall) someone on the organization from the FA list. To achieve this I set the CPU profile to manual for Free Agents.

I added many Jays ‘cause I’m playing my Franchise with them but added some CLE guys since I found none in the list who are still in the organization (found 3 who were before but now released).

You’re problem, so was mine, is to find out who we can search for in the vault to import over those devs. Well, no easy way other a search & find ;-) If you have a team in particular you can start with their AAA & AA and even A+ rosters and use the player search function in Roster Control.

If you’re using the original Cycloniac roster, you’ll have all those DEVs (30) on the list I posted earlier. If using BR82186 one, it falls to 19. But don’t forget, the roster restriction of Position vs Pitchers. Since most of those Devs are position players, you may not import as many pitchers you would like.

Deion, my dude. Don't worry about these etc. They won't ever see the Big Leagues and you only play one season anyway. Just get your franchise started and enjoy.

Now, if someone took Cy's opening day roster base and got rid of all those 30 dev's, maybe share that in here username wise. But no other changes than that.

Anyone use this roster set for franchise? Seems like there will be 40 players 95 overall + after about a season or 2. For example, the braves starting line up is all in the 90s.

Appreciate all the hard work, but just curious what the idea was behind the inflated Overalls.

Franchise to Fidelity it is. Cheers.

There is a huge first post explaining everything, they are made for long franchise plays etc.

But I think you know that, most likely just looking to stir the pot, keep that crap out of this post and the forums in general. Not needed.

I was wondering if the sliders that are suggested for these rosters are a must use?

nothing is a "must use"...the sliders are
                            1. to balance CPU v CPU simulated game results
                            2. to balance the rerated batter and pitcher stats

..but its up to you if you use them or not
