Hi there. Thank you for the roster. I’m new to the community and I have been trying to find a good roster that is realistic. What is the biggest difference between v1 and v2? Also, I control 1 team and I actually play all the game. Do I need to download the sliders too? If so, doesn’t that mean I don’t get any XP from the game anymore. Do the sliders have to be downloaded to play or can I play with the base sliders? Please be honest. Thank you.
I forgot to mention that I actually play all the game with zero simulation for my team.

Some prospect ratings were yjdageft, most notably prospects who have debuted.
I added secondary positions for most players also based on feedback.
I'm pretty sure you can earn xp with custom sliders but I'm not sure.👍 1Comment

Thank you. So this roster has to be played with the sliders then? And which sliders do I download for me actually playing the games and not simulating the games. -
Okay, I played 3 games so far and I’m using the sliders and everything is working perfectly. I am having some fun competitive games. And not to mention the XP is working with the sliders. Thanks so much for spending countless hours in doing this for us.👍 1

Question — why do most players have a durability of 99 now? I feel like there are way too many players now who finish the season with 155+ games compared to how it is in real life. And too many players finish with 162 games compared to 5-6 per season as they would in real life as well.Comment

Stamina drains too quick so you end up with tired players not performing how they should too often

I don't think i'm explaining what I'm trying to do correctly, my apologies.
I'm not trying to turn Chandler into a RP, to the contrary, I want to start him on the Opening Day Roster and in the rotation. I'm looking to bump him up though, the Mike Burrows update was pretty significant. I'm not trying to get hung up on ratings, I'm just trying to make it make sense as far as putting Bubba in the MLB. If I give Bubba the update Burrows got, he becomes the second highest rated pitcher on the team, I don't think he's there yet, but with no increase, he's far below Burrows. If I compare their stats in the minors, there's no room to bump Chandler in any area unless REALLY jacking him up. I'm not looking to have him rated unrealistically either, again, I'm just trying to make it make sense compared to Burrows huge jump.
I'm probably looking too much into this, but as is the issue with most Sim Heads...Comment

Because it helps with sim stat consistency. Lower durability really can affect the results you get and I want to limit some of that randomness.

Thanks for the explanation cause I had the same question. I guess that’s the trade off - not having to use your subs or reserves much at all.

Anyone able to help with regression like what’s the best way to combat it? Like two games into my franchise and most of the league already losing points in their stats is it just a case of manually editing it so they don’t lose points?NBA:Philadelphia 76ers

I will look at their stats and decide whether to keep their regression or reverse it. Takes 10-15 minutes to do for the league.
I let fielding and speed regress no matter what.
For the attributes, I typically will round up to the nearest 5 or 0. E.g. if a hitter regressed from 72 to 66 in contact vs right, I round up to 70. You don't have to do it that way, but it's quicker for me, and most guys have ratings rounded to nearest 5 or 0 to start in this roster.Last edited by Cycloniac; 07-18-2025, 11:25 AM.👍 1Comment
