I use Meter Pitching and it works well

That's what my Dynamic Difficulty is right now. Timing hitting is tough man, in a good way, but my work is cut out for me.

Don't use dynamic difficulty. I have always used all star pitching because it makes the computer better but seems like I always use veteran hitting with sliders to balance the game out. My biggest issue is meter pitching and stopping the damn line in the perfect spot.

          Re: <-Perfect Sliders 2015->

Psycho, I just wanted to share with you and the rest my experience with your sliders. I downloaded the sliders, used all star hitting and all star pitching, and for the very first time used directional hitting and pulse pitching.

I started my franchise with the Yankees. Tanaka started game 1 vs R.A. Dickey. .

Lets just say that Tanaka's outing in my franchise was very similar to his real life appearance vs the Jays on Monday.

Top of the 1st Tanaka gave up 4 runs on 2 walks, 3 hits, one error. Bottom first I was trailing 4-0. Ellsbury gets on with a single, so does gardner and Beltran gets a YS homerun down the right field line. Back in the game.

Tanaka loads the bases in the 5th inning, at which point I had to take him out and bring Scott Baker in. Baker allowed one runner to score but other wise did a great job. Final Tanaka stat line was 4IP, 5 ER, 5 Walks, 5 Ks. 96 pitches. The walks were a lot on me trying to get used to pulse pitching but I thought overall, I thought it was great.

Dione Navarro hits a solo HR off Scott Baker, top of the 6th, and I am losing 6-3 going into the bottom of the 6th.

From there on out the Yankees bullpen shut the Jays down. I loved it, with a couple of walks here and there and a single or two.

Bottom of the 6th, Tex hits a 2 run shot to the right field stands, close the gap to 6-5. Bottom 7th, Didi G gets on with a walk to lead off the inning, Drew gets a single, man on 1st and second, no one out. Ellsbury up to the plate, and I bunt them over 2nd and 3rd, now one out. SAC by Ellsbury. Gardner to the plate, and he ropes a double down the right field line, Scoring 2. Now I am winning 7-6. Awesome feeling!!!!

Bottom 8th, I add another run via a single by McCann. Now leading 8-6. Betences gets the save with an easy 9th with 1k.

I gotta say this was the best baseball experience I have ever had!!!! Keep in mind I was so tired, it was late on the east coast, I started the game at 12:45am, and was done by 2:20am. I DID NOT CARE! Well worth it! I can't wait to play my second game tonight.

Easily the best set of sliders. I actually played the game without worrying about striking out too much or not getting enough walks, or to many singles, not enough homeruns....everything felt real and authentic. Absolutely loved it.

Thank you for the great sliders Psycho. Much appreciative!

The comments and results sound good. How do you think these sliders would work in CPU vs CPU mode?

Thanks for those comments, i love to hear how games play out like that with them.

Even though one game is the tiniest of sample sizes, its the point you make that matters...that you didnt have to worry about will i strike enough out, will i draw walks etc etc, because you are trusting in this set and the results it will give

Truthfully...not a clue, but id be happy if a CPU v CPU guy wanted to run some tests with them.

Will these work with Zone hitting. Where there is a PCI?

Pyscho -- Love the sliders...downloaded them online the other night and first game got 7 runs, 3 BBs and I ended up winning 7-3.

I do have an issue with pulling the ball though as I prefer to hit with timing to reduce the on-screen clutter; I've lowed down the pitch speed but that hasn't really solved the issue. I only strike out 4-5 times a game but I'll either swing a terrible location because I'm trying to gear up for the FB or I'll look woefully awful when the inevitable changeup/breaking pitch comes.

                  We'll get there though!

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Well here we go... I've been playing on default All Star, and it's been decent. But I am starting my Royals Franchise tonight. I've downloaded the Top 150 prospects file, and have downloaded these sliders from the vault, only exception is I use meter pitching, and I won't look back. Or worse case scenario I'll just go back to default. Either way it's underway.. As much as I'd like to give "Nick Livingston" a shot on the MLB level, he'll be starting in A ball.

Downloaded these last night and bumped up the human starter and reliever stamina by one since I utilize quick counts.

I played an exhibition games as the Red Sox vs The Indians and won 2-0. 9 hits for me and 4 for them but I walked a good amount of batters which led to some tense innings.

I changed to button hitting and fared much better then some of my last games using the revamped analog controls which, in my opinion, are terrible.

Game played great and I can't wait to start my franchise at some point this weekend when the OSFM rosters drop.

                      Kudos!

Something I am noticing, is that it seems like the CPU cant get to anything in the infield. Unless it's the slowest ball known to man, they aren't getting it if they have to chase it down.

Is anyone else having this, or is it just because I am in RTTS and the fielders suck?

I'd guess its RTTS, I don't see any trouble with the CPU infielders in Exhibition.

I'm pretty sure it's because you're playing RTTS, which is awesome when you get think about it because it means the ratings are playing a factor, as they should.

Yep, as the others have said, its down to the low rated RTTS player ratings.
