Through 23 games I am ranked 23rd in AVG (.239), 8th in Runs (103), 19th in Hits (187), T-23rd in 2B (29), and 2nd in HR (40).

This is actually a little better than I was expecting...I guess i should have looked at the data before jumping to conclusions

I think I might make a slight adjustment with power, and see how it plays out. I guess this is just the identity of my virtual Cubs team.

Are you using Zone or Directional hitting?

Thanks for making these sliders. I had a quick question about the settings you have listed for fielder reaction and fielder run speed. I noticed the reaction is set to a higher number of 8 is this done to make the slider set more challenging?

I ask because I always feel that the CPU gets to balls too fast when hit to the outfield. Some of the ghosting speed boost is removed from this years game but I still see it sometimes so I was curious about the higher number.

Actually, I have that slider high to influence the IFs so that those lazy balls weren't getting down the line so easily. This year's game seems to be better about those (at least while playing online), but that was why I had it at 8 for last year's game.

Without going through and lowering EVERY pitchers stamina, I do not see a fix. Best I can advise is Hook at 7 and make the sim games more offensive so that there is little to no shutouts or pitching really has to throw a lot of pitches. Hook at 7 really helps, but you will still see more then average. Its really something (for me) you just have to overlook unfortunetly.

I'm getting some very good sim results using SP and RP at 0, and manager hook at 8. I'm very happy with these so far, but am doing some more tests to be sure.

Wouldn't that cause the RP to play maybe a hundred games or more?

I'm seeing most teams with a guy in the 80s, then guys in the 70s and 60s. They are averaging very close to 1.0 IP/G, with one guy usually higher and one guy usually lower.

Looking through box scores, I'm actually seeing a lot of 0.1 inning apperances. Most starters are being pulled in the 7th, but some more or less.

It's the closest I've seen it. I'm using OSFM v3.5 as it's still an Opening Day roster. I have tested it with injuries at 5 and at 8 and both seem fine--just a matter of preference, but I prefer more injuries throughout the league.

I also use a dynamic trade slider throughout the season (second post in this thread, I believe).
