Did you see any issues with the personality traits of the players in the carry over franchise?
    Hey Lilworm,

So here is my manifesto on Y2Y saves for 16.

If your not ADD about a couple of things here is the deal:

    1. The only morale bug is the player role is only Star or Starter/Closer but that will fix itself in your off-season and all roles will be available. It is only one factor in the other 7 or 8 things that make up the total morale Happy/unhappy grade for your player. I went through just about every team and players and I saw 99.5% players had no movement in their ratings because of it. So it is truly a non factor. And again once you finish the current season and press start off-season. All roles expectations become normal and based on the code the developers have in place for new franchises.

    2. Career Stats - OK so all your previous season stats do carry over. The issue is some don't and a zero is there. For walks, Games Played, etc. it is an eye sore when your look at the player card.....it does not affect the game itself. it is cosmetic. So if your not worried about your player card looking clean for past seasons don't sweat it. It does have previous AB's, BA, R, RBI's, HR, SB. And if a patch addressed it it will be fixed. If not....I am not sweating it as I play these year to year and the stat columns will fill accordingly going forward for future seasons. If your not ADD about it by all means start playing your carry over save.

    3. Netherlands bug - less than 2% of my players have that bug out of 750 players in the Majors and all the minors leagues too. it will be addressed hopefully in a patch.....but it is so overstated as a potential game breaker. If it is with a key player edit him to the correct birthplace.

    4. I fully expect inflated Budgets to be addressed on a patch like last season.

That's it. For me.....I have transferred all my franchise and classic season replay files.

I am all in on MLB 16......play ball everyone.

Thanks for answering!!! Not ADD about those things at all. I have carried over since 14, and the second I get home from work now after finding out it's not really a big deal will be jumping right back into it. This game is nothing shy of GREAT!! Again thanks for the work you do!!

Armor - would you look into testing Solid Hits back at 5?
I tried it with it at 5 and feel it is more accurate.

This year the balls that are hit, kinda stay hit and carry further into the gap and to the wall.
I feel with it at 5 they nailed the trajectory of the ball this year. With it at 4 I feel it zapped a little of what was accomplished.

This is an observation on my part and may not hold true long term, but something to look into.

Nothing wrong with putting at 5 if that is where "you" like it. It is all about your experience. I will keep testing at 4 because I want better hitters to rake and average hitters not getting gappers and down the line at the same rate.

It's about player differential in this set. But if I see all of them not doing it I will take notice!

Thanks for the feedback!!! And glad your enjoying the game man.

I know that these sliders are for Franchise Mode players, but I'm a RTTS player. Playing with the dynamic setting, but I think the game might not be realistic enough. I can't seem to draw walks because the pitchers are too accurate. Do you think these sliders will translate well into that mode? Get more realistic results during at-bats and the field?

Armour, doesn't having the off speed slider 2 notches higher than the fastball slider make the off speed pitches seem similar to fastballs in terms of mph? Example a pitcher may have a 93 mph fastball and a 88 mph changeups.

For anyone wondering about the "0" in some stat clolums on your carry over saves, Victor a developer from SCEA San Diego just posted this in the "Carry over Saves Issue" thread.

Like I kinda figured..it went deeper than a patch and makes perfect sense....people...start your carry over franchises with confidence.

                        From Victor

"Unfortunately, the "zero stats issue" is not something we can fix. As some of you might know, we tracked a very small number of career stats before The Show 16, and those are the ones that are displayed perfectly fine in your save files. The columns with zeroes, like Games Played and Walks, are new career stats that we added in 16, so we can't just make them appear out of thin air for carryover saves. You might notice some stats such as On Base Percentage being displayed, but incorrectly. That's because these are calculated stats, and we have some of the data necessary to calculate it, but not all (which is why OBP looks just like BA, because we don't have BB, HBP and SF to calculate it fully). The good news is that all of the newly added stats will track perfectly fine as soon as you start playing/simulating games.

We apologize for this, but it's just an unfortunate limitation of our old system"

Injury slider at 8 was abit much for me, had 5 everyday players hurt at one time. Im going to drop it back to 6 and see how that goes.

The foul ball frequency yet again doesn't seem to work. I put it all the way down to 0 and still had a 10 pitch at bat with 5 consecutive foul balls. It really drives up the pitch count of the user controlled pitchers.

Just had an amazing game against the Yankees in my franchise. Armor do you think the cpu may have too much power? Gardner hit 4 home runs against me in the game and he only has 64 contact and 57 power.
