    Thanks.
My sliders are not done yet, so it is not on the vault. You can always go to the OP to find the current "recommended" set and manually adjust yours from there.

I really wish something in the sliders could lower the amount of flyballs.

I don't know if there's a record for this kind of thing but I just hit 73% of ball in play as fly balls. Only 17% on the ground!

Even with the light hitters - tried to influence grounders and...got fly balls.

It got funny after a while. Nothing like seeing Ichiro make good timing and hit a 70 MPH flyball. Not popup - flyball.

Yeah I don't know why the game has become so fly-ball/popup happy since a couple years ago... unfortunately I don't think there is any way to adjust this without rather string side effects (via Solid Hits slider...).

Perhaps this is done to correct often overproduced GIDPs, but if that's the case it's kinda unfortunate... since grounders tend to generate more interesting outs (there are more ways fielders can misplay) than fly balls.

One thing though is that If you are actually controlling players yourself, your timing may be consistently late? Being early (late) on pitches tend to induce grounders (fly balls). And people tend to be late more often than not because of slower reaction.

Another possibility is to use Zone hitting. Then you have much more control in whether to swing over or under. With Directional it's still at the mercy of CPU moving around PCI.

I'll have to take a look at my timings in batter analysis next game, but eyeball/feel I think I'm often early to just late when I make decent contact.

I'm new here and have 2 really dumb questions.

              1. Are these sliders for simming games or playing?

              2. Should they be set for both human and CPU?

              Thanks!

                1. They were made for CPUvCPU play but you can use them for HUMvsCPU

                2. I would start there (and definitely yes if doing CPUvCPU modes like MoM) and see how it meshes with your skill and what production you get and go from there.

I would prefer not playing with QCs, except QCs shaves on average 15 minutes off per game with Fast Play enabled. When you are trying to get 14 games in + your own game played on a given day (a MoM game in my case), this equates to saving of 3+ hours per day which is the only way I have a hope in hell in playing all 2430 games without simming any. I have a long way still to go what being only 36 games into a 162 game season. But I am 2 days ahead of the real world calendar right now. Trying to get ahead so that when the time comes and I need to skip a day, I won't fall behind. Insane I know. But you've done it. You've played all 2430 games. haha

The issue with QC when I tried to get in some testing (when it was first introduced, which probably means MLB 14?) was that I think CPU didn't seem to be aware that they were playing in QC, so their behavior didn't seem to change... I think QC in HUM game works fine for some gamers who are not naturally as patient/disciplined (as a hitter) and don't throw outside the strike zone as much (as a pitcher) as MLB players do. But when you already do (and CPU certainly does), there will be a lot of 3-X and X-2 counts which push the number of walks and strikeouts toward higher end. It was to the extend I didn't see any hope of slider adjustments correcting well enough.

With PS4 though there is the Remote Play thing, now officially supported on PC/Mac. If you are not on those platforms you can do Remote Play on Android (unofficially supported though...). That helped me get through all those games, and even now with testing.

I actually created a carry-over save of the 2430 CPU vs. CPU game season from MLB 15...

You can download here if you are interested.

I think this year's game probably plays better than this.

Does Dynamic Difficulty sensitivity affect the CPU in your slider set meaning do I leave it to 5 or do I set it to 0.

That slider does not affect the game unless you are using Dynamic Difficulty for your own playing (meaning controlling players yourself). Difficulty level does not matter in CPU vs. CPU/MoM games.

I just wanted to comment. MOM is almost perfect this year. The Dev team implemented everything we asked for. Pitch speed, pickoffs, Day to day rating adjustments. With these sliders that you developed Nomo this is by far the best interation of the Show since its inception. Its incredible the research and time you put into these year after year. Really appreciate your hard work and dedication
