Any changes you would recommend for pulse pitching? I just can’t get the hang of classic.

I’ve been using them on HOF (long time Armor user as well) and have been having some good games with them.



The game is definitely harder this year and I struggled out the gate, but now that my timing has gotten better I’ve started to hit.

Yeah I’m kind of in between right now HOF and all star with hitting. and to answer your other post about pulse pitching, I honestly have never even tried pulse pitching so I couldn’t give you a good answer for that.

Only thing I’m looking at right now is arm strength. Everybody seems to have a noodle arm lol.

Honestly I don’t use sliders for RTTS because I need some kind of mode for me to be able to get XP sliders. Therefor I leave road to the show on default.

I’m sure they would work though.

The more I’ve played, obviously my timing is getting better.

I’ve lowered human timing to 3. I honestly need an “all star plus” hitting set....simple because I’m actually really struggling on HOF which is kind of crazy to me. But in a good way.

I cannot wait to start a franchise. Using the Mariners this year.

Question: Why is there such discrepancy in fielder sliders? Some have speed / reaction / arm up to 6 and some have it way lower at like 0 or 3?

Is there some additional factors (roster edits) to take into account?

Honestly just different play styles I’m sure. I just like to see more gappers, I felt outfield was a bit too fast, I wanted more seeing eye singles like you’d see in real life. That’s why I do 4/4. I like to stay as close to default as I can.

As far as arm strength I just like 6/6. It looks and feels right to me....and to be honest 6/6 still doesn’t even look strong enough still but that’s what I’m rolling with for now

Yeah honestly I’ve settled on all star. HOF runs are just so hard to come by. All star feels the best to me this year for hitting. I tried to make it a bit harder though by lowering user timing to 3 in the OP

Well. I’m going to reluctantly start my Mariners franchise tonight. I really didn’t want to until the SDS base roster had correct ages of prospects, but it looks like they’re just going to give the shaft to franchise users once again.

Until a patch, these are locked in. Finally decided on cpu timing at 4. Getting nice results. I refuse to have slideritis.

I really enjoy this game a lot, hope everybody else is enjoying themselves as well!
