I said screw it and before next game I am bolstering my pitching. Signed Mike Foltynewicz for 2yr/5mil. Also signed RP Trevor Rosenthal for 2yr/$6.8mil. Unrealistic? Maybe lol. But I wanted Cueto but decided to sign him to White Sox as well as Archer to the Twins like they did real life.

Starting to cool off after a hot start. Luis Gil got the start against SD and appears to have some nerve issues to start the game. Tatis Jr has greeted him, and he has walked 4 in the first 4 innings.

Finished the 4 game series with the Twins. Took the first 3. The bats were doing good. Matt Brash started the last game and in his 2nd start this season he couldn’t finish the 3rd inning. Gave up 8 runs in 2.2 IP and has a 19.06 era. Might send him down to the minors to have him find his stuff. Just had bad luck as their hits were just finding holes.

Dexter Fowler is coming to Pittsburgh on a 1 year 2.4M deal.

I used a roll system for that signing also. I didn’t want to feel like I cheated the system lol.

Max Scherzer had 8k's but he gave up 5 walks. Some if it was just bad ump calls. THE UMP WAS TERRIBLE IN THIS GAME. I really got squeezed. If I could argue with the ump I would have done so. But all in all it was good game play. The walks killed me. A two out walk with no one on turned into a two run homer.

I am currently in first place with a 10-2 with a 2 game lead on the Braves.

I am doing good but this loss sucks big time. I got hosed by the ump.
