      I can feel the pain

I customized a camera based on offset cam. I’m switching to this one when facing a pitcher with a good slider. It worked for me, i now have a better reading on those outside corner pitches….maybe give it a try, who knows.

Sorry for the late response, haven't been able to get on in a while. My sample size has been about 25 games. I have only gotten under 10 hits twice in my last 14 games and the CPU seems to have a lot of hits as well. The weird thing is I'm not winning every game. I am still getting variety when it comes to wins & losses, but I just seem to be hitting everything. I am using the Marlins and I am nearing the playoffs with them and I am WC2 spot. Marlins are an average to above average team but I don't believe i should be 4th in the league in average and 3rd in the league in hits. I am using the Videlity rosters so that may be a reason why, but I haven't played with the default rosters besides RTTS so I don't have much experience with the base rosters. I think a bump to Hall of Fame hitting my help

It might help you. If you do go to HOF you might want to bump up user timing. Or you could stay on AS and bump up pitch speed.

I've been struggling to hit quite a bit on the V3 set. I think I'm going to bump the user timing up and see if that helps me adjust these better to my skill level. For my skill, the timing window is just a bit too unforgiving. I don't want to mess with any of the other hitting sliders because when I am getting the swing timing right, everything plays like I am wanting. I already made some adjustments to the CPU hitting, they were just lighting me up every game for constant doubles and way too frequent triples. Every game I could count on the CPU getting a 4+ run inning with a sequence of 3-4 consecutive doubles.

Thanks for the feedback. You can bump user timing to 2 or 3 and go from there. If you feel like it is too easy, you can lower it some.

For CPU hitting, if what you did is working, that is good. If not, you can lower power back down to 5.

                Question for the thread..

What is a good mid level team to start a franchise with? I am thinking of starting a second franchise to play daily right along with my Mets franchise.

I was trying to play NHL 23 on the side along with MLB. I tried to give EA another chance but I am done. NHL 23 is a complete joke of a game. Horrible glitches and bad AI programming.

I want to start a second one with a team that is just average in most areas. Or even below average in some areas that I can play daily and try to win with.

I'm sure there are various other opinions but this is at least close I would think.

The Pirates look very attractive to use.

I would just remove the salary cap just so I could sign a player or two if necessary but not making it too unrealistic.

Raise user pitching consistency to 3. Has been a huge help for me personally.

Right now it is between Pittsburgh and Cleveland for my second franchise.

I just wish Pittsburgh had better pitching talent.
All the SP are rated in the 70's with low stamina.
That means you will be guaranteed to be in the bullpen by the 6th inning even with the best of circumstances. Unless you jack up the stamina you will almost never reach 100 pitches in the game.

I like Pittsburgh best but that staff is a managerial nightmare for a game that is already hard enough as it is.

Cleveland has better pitching talent to work with.

Pittsburgh would require some roster moves.

What is a realistic trade or roster move I could force to give myself a quality starter or two for Pittsburgh?

Doesn't have to be a superstar. The current staff won't cut it for 162 games.

You could get Plesac from the Guardians. They are needing spots open for their younger pitchers that are better. Another one would be Greinke.
