Rmiok i'm curious, do you use autofielding? and button/button accuracy for throwing?

I use auto fielding and I’m reluctantly using auto throwing until they get rid of that dang blue circle.

I’ve also always kept vibration turned off so I don’t know how close I am to the edge of the strike zone. Is that something you would or wouldn’t recommend for these sliders? Apologies for the all the questions haha

I keep vibration on and I also use ball marker pitch trail fade.

Thanks for this info! For clean screen do you just remove the strike zone and have no pitching ball marker? That’s probably what I’m gonna give a shot

It’s a personal preference but I leave it off. I look at it like a pitcher doesn’t have a laser to point at. He just uses his eyes and that’s it. Believe me, there will be games with RMIOKs sliders that you dominate but you will get roughed up as well. That will force you to throw more balls. To set up good hitters. To walk guys on purpose to get to the next hitter. Play waaay more matchups. RMIOK has really done a nice job on these. They are what I’ve settled on with minor changes.

Believe me, there will be games with RMIOKs sliders that you dominate but you will get roughed up as well. That will force you to throw more balls. To set up good hitters. I carried a 1.45 ERA with Tristian McKenzie into a game against the twins and they chased him out after 3 innings. Gave up 4 runs on 10 hits. 1 homerun. It was brutal. You will absolutely have your ups and downs.

Same with hitting as well. The slump im in is SO BAD right now after I started the year blistering hot.

I hated auto throwing at first but now I noticed I see more animations with it on. I see sometimes the infielder double and triple pump their throws. Made a line drive double play one time with a line drive to 2B and he quickly threw to 2B for the double play. Felt like last year’s game the fielder wouldn’t get set up to throw quick enough for that type of play.

Are you still having the issue of not seeing the base running Diamond in the top right (showing the runners on base) … while trying to turn off the little runner window camera for first base when you bat with a man on?

You have to turn baserunning to Analog something. I can't remember the exact name and what tab but it is on the very top line called Baserunning option. I believe it might be analog select? That will show you the baserunner's speed rating and show them running the bases on the diamond.


Don't know why SDS had to redo the option screens and put things like that under a certain setting. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Plenty of other things they could have worked on lol.

I thought I'd hate it, but I think I am all in on auto throwing.

I can tell I’m kinda starting to break this slump. I have 5 hits through 5, only 1 run but as a team we are squaring the ball up much better. Hoping I can pull this one out. Down 2-1 against Minnesota. I’ve lost 4 of my last 5. Ryan Jeffers hurt me in the second with a 440 ft 2 run homerun.

I recently broke out of an offensive slump by hitting 4 home runs and scoring 11 against the Braves. Unfortunately my pitchers started their slump that day and gave up 5 home runs including 2 to Olsen and 2 to d'Arnaud and 13 runs.

Yay for baseball.

Ouch!

Pretty much what happened to me…to a lesser extent. I ended up losing 7-5. I had 10 hits and 3 homers. Had the lead going into the 8th, brought in Karinchak who has been lights out all year and he gave up back to back HRs. The first was a 3 run shot after he walked one and gave up a hit to start the inning. Then buxton hit a solo after that.

I don’t mind it, but I do mind the blue circle. That’s the only reason I do auto throwing…to get rid of that circle ⭕️
