I have Power Pros for Wii and I've found that most games take between 20-30 minutes. I think the games are actually a little shorter than High Heat (I still play High Heat 2004 on my Xbox, man that was a great game). The ability to play a full game with realistic statistics is probably one of my favorite features of Power Pros, although I think the pitch counts were a little more realistic in High Heat.

No, I don't think there are any online capabilities with the game. Which is a shame because with the Wii's built-in wireless and free online I would really like to get some roster updates for the new season.Comment

Re: Official MLB Power Pros thread!
I sold my Xbox 360 today for $250. I will be hitting Gamestop everyday this week until the Wii shows up. I'm sick of slider tweaks owning my life and this game is the reason I'm switching. I wanted to love 2k8 and I almost loved NCAA when interceptions weren't nuts. The fun factor just seems lost in the new games.
If it's half as good as this board says, I will be happy to reside in the Wii Gen.Comment

Re: Official MLB Power Pros thread!
Finally got my wii,
Question for anyone playing this game. So far ive played 5 games and this is the most fun ive had playing against the cpu since KG Jr's game.
Does anyone know when youre editing a player how to change the voice name to nothing. I want to put in Mack but they dont have and I want them not to say anything.Moderator

Not sure about player editing, but if you need any help with game settings let me know. If been playing this game pretty steady since it came out last spring and I think I've worked out some good computer difficulty settings.Comment

Re: Official MLB Power Pros thread!
Thanks man. What settings do you have? I played a 13 inning game last night against the Cards (Brew Crew me) and lost 8 - 5. It was so much fun and the game only last about 30 mins. I might be able to play every game of my season when I start one.Moderator

Re: Official MLB Power Pros thread!
Yes they make it for the PS2 and I would highly recommend it. It's a good mix of fun and surprisingly great game play. I think this is one of the few games were I just popped it in and did not have to mess too much with the sliders."Half the lies they tell about me aren't true."

I was wondering if someone finally figured out some settings for a dynasty. I'm thinking about bringing this out and starting one with it.Comment
