    That's it... pitchers while batting are my Kryptonite.

    I swear, in the last 15 or so games they are probably batting .500 against me, including the AL relievers when playing interleague and I have Beckett, Colon, or Verlander pitching.

      The manual says that you can play games in Success Mode, but I swear, I've been playing this mode for 2 hours and have yet to actually "play" a game.

      Am I missing something?

        Yes, you will eventually play games. If you are good enough by a certain point in the first year, you will get added to the roster and play in the last game of the season, which is the 4th week of may. Also, in the 2nd year, you will definitely play in the last game of the season(4th week of may) and have a chance to play in more than one. Same goes for 3rd season. You will only play(bat) as your character.

          I guess I don't get the excitement over this game. Too much silly stuff to look past. And controls with nunchuck and remote are too frustrating. Analog stick movement is awful. Man I long for a real baseball game on the Wii. Could care less about the graphics at this point.
