    Get rid of the "lifesaver"

That annoying dot that came up in the batters box after the pitch was thrown, get it out of the game. This coupled with implementing the zone hitting and generating a new schedule each year will put this game over the top.
Things are looking up for sports gaming!

I would like to see the dot go as well. It feels like your trying to hit the dot and not watch the pitch as it comes in.

i couldn't disagree more. the dot is responsible for making it feel like you are actually hitting. don't forget it moves on breaking pitches.

Re: Get rid of the \"lifesaver\"

Help me here, but if you're using a batting cursor.....wouldn't you need the dot? How are you going to line up the batting cursor? It only makes sense to need a mark of some sort to line the batting cursor up with. Now if you were using zone batting, like HH or the total control like MVP, I can see how you don't need a "dot". But has anygame ever had a batting cursor without a "dot"?
                      I can't remember one.
