Baseball is probably my favorite sport. I play it, buy more games, and watch more of it than all the other sports combined. But I never even noticed the crouch until people mentioned it. Who cares? Maybe it's me, but if a ball is hit to the shortstop, I watch the shortstop. I don't watch watch how the right fielder is standing during the play.

I completely 100% agree. It's nice to have cutsacenes like WSB2k3 had after an out and such, even if just for two seconds, but the gameplay is the most important thing.
It's funny though, should I ever have the time to be concerned with the crouch, it always reminds me of a comic strip I once read where a guy is on first and trying to "read the pitcher". Before he knows it the pitcher has thrown a pickoff, and he says "what do I do if the pitcher is just standing there laughing?"It just reminds me of a player in a defensive position, but even if the ball goes by him he's still there like "so if his shoulder breaks right..."
"I'm ready, skip! I'm ready!"
*ball lands between his legs*
"uhh....can't move, skip!"
It's really more funny for me than it is a serious issue, and it doesn't hapen enough for long enough for me to be like "MAN! WHY CAN'T THIS GAME BE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT?! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED!!"Comment

Re: Questions for ASB Art
OK ASB_Art, if you're still here. My 2 big complaints, visually, from ASB 04 was that some throwbacks were taken away. I don't remember all of them but off the top of my head I remember the Expos and Phillies blue ones were gone. And second was that downtown Pittsburgh was no longer lit up at night like it was in 03. Have these been remedied and why were they done in the first place? Thanks ahead of time. The New England Patriots cheated to win four Super Bowls.Comment

people are gonna complain regardless, the crouch is going to be a compaint but if he was standing there with his hands to his side someone would copmlain about that so its really impossible to win.

Yeah, people just need to realize that without the crouch the planets will lose their orbit...and do people really want the planets to lose their orbit? Thats what I thought.Comment
