It sounds like they made a lot of changes in terms of who's in the draft, to the point of unrealism. Ichiro, Matsui, and Bonderman? Why would their teams give up on them? There needs to be a mix between what they have this year and last year when the best guys would be experienced guys like Clemens or Pudge and older prospects. However, this is only one draft that we've seen, so there could be a good balance.Comment

Actually, I thought the injuries seemed fairly realistic..especially over the long season and playoffs. Losing those 3 guys in the playoffs may be pushing it though. I remember last year, it seemed like the Cardinals never were able to get the same starting 8 ballplayers in back to back games. Between Edmonds and JD Drew and Eli Marrero and Fernando Vina and Isringhausen all going down with injuries at one point or another, it's pretty remarkable that they only finished 2 games back of the scrubs. Can't wait til this year.Comment
