BTW before the ASB Shock troops mobilize, this was just a little humor aimed at our Acclaim friends. So relax. Don't want to send you in to a tizzy.

I may have missed this since I'm late, but why should BK's opinions affect you Cub (or anyone else, for that matter?). Unless BK's non-purchase is the one that pushes Acclaim over the edge and pulls the plug on the franchise, you should just worry about your own games and let everyone else buy what they want.

ASB does have the deepest franchise, and the game was a lot of fun to play..at first. But eventually some warts start to show up. For instance, I shouldn't have made it to the World Series with the Pirates my first season (which I did).

The problem was this just wasn't the place to have such a discussion started. This thread was suppose to ask people to list reason they are buying ASB. Nothing else.

As for your point about the pirates, it all has to do with players ability. I mean I have been able to win the world series with the Redsox in any game I have ever played . I bet the new speed and difficulty settings will help fix this for you this year . If the game was truly that real, the RedSox plane should have crashed on the way to game 6 of the WS LOL.

Just a quick question for the two ASB guys. While we all know why you'll get the game for free, how much earlier that the release date will you get your copies. And, do you have access to the finished product now??

I'm pretty sure that if BK were one of us, he'd be banned by now.
