Wow the crowd looks great!

am I the only one who was completely distracted by the crowd behind the plate? Sorry but this is baseball, fans are sitting back and relaxing for the majority of the game. Everyone in the crowd was flailing their arms all over the place the whole time. I just thought that was really odd.

This was kind of disappointing!

Video 1:

Who let the air out of Ortiz? The guy is a toothpick.

Video 2:

That was the gayest double play display in the history of baseball! What is with all the jumping?

To me the game looks like it plays smoother from the catcher's view for hitting and pitching instead of from behind the pitcher.

The batter who got hit by the pitch started to go to first and just stood there until the camera panned away.

One irritating thing to me is that the batters are always in their stance and look like statues. They never stretch or move around after a pitch.

It does not matter that these guys playing are good or bad, this game is not going to be stellar and it is totally obvious. It looks like 2K fell down running out of the batter's box with its debut of exclusivity. End result, we lose!

+The swing animations look pretty good. Fielding animations looked good as well.
+If you look at the creens shots, you can really see the detail in the stadium. This game is going to look great on my 47" Panny.
- It looked like just about everybody has the same batting stance with very minor differences. I don't know if the IGN guys were hitting a button to move the game along but the batter just stays in his stance in between pitches, it looks weird.
-The batter who got beaned made no attempt to get out of the way.

This would be one thing gamers ( atleast sports gamers) would all choose would be different in this industry.

It is not fair that only one company makes a sport game..Games are supposed to be for enjoyment. It always seems as a consumer we get screwed...

I think that IGN was rushing the game along at some points.

Maybe the reason why the players look so slim could be the fact the game was in widescreen and they stretched it to 4:3 when they captured it. Just a thought.

Send your complaints to EA because if not for the NFL exclusive license there would be no MLB exclusive license. Exclusive licenses in sports games are bad for both the industry and consumer.

David Ortiz looks sooo skinning, just like the xbox version. Its funny how they dont know how to make fat. C.C. sabathia is skinning in this game also

Im pleased with the graphics tho. I think 2k is doing a great job with their 360 games. And you know they will just get better in years to come
