You mean I should look forward to manually controlling the runners, or that was just a ******** base-running AI?

To answer your ? ScottD, I like the fact that it's going to be improved over last year's...that's saying something right? But honestly, I hope this is not disapointing, as I'm not going to be purchasing PS3 just for the Show..I got the Psp for that.

Does this game have fantasy draft?

The PS3 videos were brighter or darker? There was one that didn't look too good. Almost like it was an XBOX color tone to it where everything was out of place bright. I do like the way the video was. Amazing dirt shot if I've ever seen one. AMAZING!! I'm becoming more of a fan of this sport because of this game. I'm so gald they have it going in the right direction.

Yep, ASB had this as far back in 2002. I also loved the feature as it really adds a sense of realism....But it has never seemed to be a priority for 2K or EA.

You said the key "going in the right direction" That is all I care about. I am sure they will have it's gameplay issues, but you can tell they are going in the right direction. If it is a three year plan this game will be sick. Just think what MVP was going before it got canned. To me this game looks more like MVP than it does 2K6!

I didn't think it was as obvious as you claim...hopefuly you're right, 'cause we seem to have a monkey developer behind the controls obviously.

I'm not sold that it was.

Even on last year's version, base runners would run through 1B at times when they should have rounded the base. I think there was even a setting that allowed for auto rounding bases, but that didn't always work either.

I recall a few times where I hit one in the gap and hit the button for the runner to go to 2B before said runner reached 1B and the runner would still run through 1B, pause and then start towards 2B. At that point it was too late and I had to retreat.

the OF rocket arms didnt help your cause either. i wish in the next interview someone would ask the developer if that was addressed or not. we keep dancing around it but nothing is showing the OF arms to this point.

They need to fix Fenway Park. 4:20 into the sound art video (from dirt cam) you can see that they still have the .406 club seats behind glass even though they are no longer there. All of that is opened up now. I seriously can't believe it's not updated.

I MLB show for the PS3 better just bring it. MLB 2k7 looks good, sounds good, and has Brinkman gameplay scheme behind it. I will preorder mine tomorrow. It will brand new I have never purchased a MLB 2k product.

I'll keep it simple. Something that would really help the outfielders look more natural would be the use of head tracking when the ball is in flight.
