can't put this game down

is anyone else going through the same thing? this is all i have played since it came out. i haven't even opened god of war yet. whenever i am about to, i just feel like continuing my season in 2k7. the game has it's flaws. we all know them, but ultimately it plays a great game of baseball. it captures the most important things.

It's an awesome game. I think it's the best baseball game i've ever played, and maybe the best sports game I've played although that is tough. But that says something for a game with flaws. I do think this game was overlooked by a lot of people that just don't know how really good it is. I've played a ton of sports games and this game is so good.

The initial luster has worn off for me and since I can't get into the "meat and potatoes" of the game I have moved on.

Most certainly... but not with 2k7. 2k8 hopefully will be a better all around product.

That's funny. It's a great immersive game. Look forward to playing it every day, problem is I won't really get started until the final cuts from spring training as I want the rosters to at least be accurate at the start of the season.

I am an addicted, this game and NHL 07 have been the most addictive sports games ever, no lie. I am going thru major withdrawl, coz my wifey and I are babysitting her 18 month old niece, so I have played 3 innings in a week, thank god for in game saves!

Pared, I am the same way with MLB the Show. It was a good game but the dead franchise mode really did it in for me. I would rather deal with screwed up lineups and salary problems than a franchise that doesn't do anything.

2k7 is a great game. It has its quirks but nearly the amount of bugs that the Show has. I really hope the Show is better for the poor people who bought the PS3 for the reason to play the Show.

I'm not much of a baseball fan, but I enjoy the game so much that I find myself watching baseball more (mainly just the spring game stuff right now, or highlights)

HBO's "The Wire" should rank as one of the top 10 shows EVER on tv - period

I'm one of those people I own a 360 - but I purchased a PS3 earier than I normally would have in anticipation that 2K7 would be wack and the Show on PS3 would be the bomb. I'm glad at least I was wrong about 2K7 ... and at this point I am kinda indiferent towards the PS3 version of the show....
