I'll agree with the OP. I have a 40 game franchise going and this game rocks. I have just had 2 games where I was down one in the top of the 9th and Soriano hits a 2 run HR.

I am still LOVING this game. Each series provides a totally different experience.

In the Astros series, there were lots of runs scored... In my last game @ LA w/ the Reds, It was 1-0 going into the bottom of the 9th, when David freakin Weathers gave up a base hit RBI, tying the game.

I went into extra innings, I decided to pinch hit, and brought in Conine for Weathers... I hit a clutch Solo HR... eventually the game winner. It was a freakin awesome game.

I'm waiting for the opening day roster updates to really start playing this game seriously but when I do pop it in and start playing, one game tends to turn into two or three.

I think this game is by far the best baseball game I have ever played and too many people make such a big deal about little things and it's too bad for them I guess

I can live with little issues in the game and a solid job by 2K sports

Pared. no offense, you're a good guy, a great sliders maker, and an icon around these parts, but for someone who constantly complains about people going into forums and complaining about other games, you are really spending a lot of time in this forum. Honestly, if you dislike the game, you should try to stay in the Show forum instead of bashing people here who are complaining about The Show. Honestly, I loved The Show last year also for the PSP, but this year, the frame rate issue made it not even worth the purchase for me. But hey, to each his own... enjoy your franchise on your commute to work!

Pared. no offense, you're a good guy, a great sliders maker, and an icon around these parts, but for someone who constantly complains about people going into forums and complaining about other games, you are really spending a lot of time in this forum. Honestly, if you dislike the game, you should try to stay in the Show forum instead of bashing people here who are complaining about The Show. Aside from this thread, I haven't posted anything regarding this game in over a week. I saw this thread and decided to give my input, which is what the thread creator asked for:

My issues I have with the game are known and I don't continue to dwell on them. I've moved on. I simply was replying to the crap that was passed of as a post from someone who contributes nothing to this community.; Nothing more. You're more than welcome to find my posts recently "complaining" if you'd like. I've praised this game immensely since release yet will not simply accept the franchise that still has issues from more than a year ago.

I hear you, I feel the same way with the Show. The PH bug is driving me crazy and their franchise is messed up too. Sorry you aren't enjoing this game, maybe next year. I still play this game, but not as much as I did. I still love it, but it isn't baseball season for me yet. I am still in hockey mode! lol

I still play the game regularly. I really dig it. Playing season mode, trades off, due to the issues in GM mode. Much like NFL2k5, once I got my sliders set, I love the presentation and the way the game plays and feels, on the field. Off the field, it leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully they lock that down for next year.

Still anxiously awaiting the Show on PS3, and have been playing the RTTS mode of the show on my PSP in the meantime.

If the Show comes through this year, it will be nice to have a pair of quality baseball games to play.

Dont forget guys. SOME of these bugs can and hopefully will be fixed through patches released by 2ksports. Our feedback is greatly needed and I'm pretty sure 2ksports will address the issues. Dont know if all bugs can be addressed though. We'll see

I am skeptical that things such as trade and GM logic can be addressed via a patch. Hopefully, but I'd be surprised.

I only play my League Game, about the only time I fire up this game. Good thing I rented it from GF.

Yeah I agree, but you never know. What I would like is for a game company to tells us if the are going to come out with a patch! If they aren't that is cool to, but at least we know one way or the other.
