        I believe so. But what if there are 2 outs and even though there was no play on Ichiro, the runner was tagged out before Ichiro reached first? I believe this would be a FC as the inning would have ended prior to the runner reaching first. I'm confusing myself now.

          hahahha... Ya I think thats a FC also. I am getting confused also. I bet 2K has all the complicated scoring nailed down but when it comes to scoring ERs and ground rule doubles, they have trouble

              I guess I should have paid more attention to that old saying about a opening one's mouth and proving the fool . . .

              One can follow and/or play baseball all of one's life and still learn something new about the game. In my defense, I will say that the couple of times I have seen a play like that in proffessional ball, it was scored a hit (I guess because the scorer ruled there was not a play at first).
